Holiday rentals with beach access in Conde

Very nice, extremely comfy and cozy apartment. The town of Afintriã was understanding and very kind!!!

It was amazing to spend those three days there, my family was super comfortable, the place is great and spacious, and it is located in a very good area, close to the beach and close to the trade. Super recommend the place, all organized and cozy. My only recommendation for those who go is precisely what she says in the discretion, bring bed sheets and pillowcase.

The apartment is great, modern, good bed, very well equipped and cleanliness was impeccable in all areas. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils and the leisure area of the building is excellent. The nearby beach is simply stunning! The receptionists were always very attentive and helpful. The only point of attention was that when we lay down, we found some strands of hair in the sheet. Also, as a woman with long hair, I missed a hairdryer – something I didn't pay attention to booking. Despite this, I recommend the place and certainly would like to come back!

The apartment corresponds to the description of the listing, with clean and organized furniture and utensils. The location is excellent, close to the beach, craft market, supermarket, bakery, etc. In front of the apartment is a cafeteria (Carpe Diem) that sells wonderful pastels and hamburgers.

I stayed one weekend and fell in love with the space, the condominium… polite people, quiet, clean place… I recommend it, a 10! You can leave without fear! I rented the house over the weekend with 5 more friends and we're all super comfortable. The house is not very large, but it is very well divided and has a great leisure area. Pool and BBQ environment are great. Ruliam was super helpful and responded quickly whenever he could, as well as the homemade Josinaldo. Check in and check out were also very flexible. By car is 3 minutes from the beach, which is very good, and you can walk to groceries and restaurants. Great value, hopefully come back more often.

Beautiful place, impeccable backyard landscaping, wonderful pool, cinema view, quiet and safe beach. The homemade Ironildo is extremely helpful and polite. We had the privilege of relying on Sandra to help us with the kitchen, which was great too. The house is old but completely functional. Airy, with working air conditioning and everything for a very comfortable stay. In addition to the pool, there is also a canvas slide with a water pump that the children loved. We drink coconut water from the backyard, eat jambo from the backyard and take advantage of the outside area for coexistence and meals.

Location very close to Carapibus/Tabatinga beaches. House was clean and tidy. The hammock was very handy.

Very comfortable space, all amenities as advertised. Easy and fast communication with the hostess, close to everything. Very quiet. Wall air conditioner, half noisy, but very efficient in the bedroom. Kitchen with the necessary for two or three people and efficient refrigerator. In short, it's worth it and I'll come back when I can .

Our stay met expectations for accommodation and location. The neighborhood offers all the amenities such as markets , laundries , pharmacies and restaurants . The host Sergio was very kind to welcome us before check-in time and offered a longer check-out deadline for the time of our flight . Still gave us several tips on sightseeing and shopping . The apartment is very comfortable, close to the beach and in an excellent neighborhood. Anyway, everything was really nice!

The apartment is very well located, close to the market,bakery, pharmacy,the sea, many shops, restaurants and bars, very well accommodated 4 people with comfortable beds, sheets and soft towels. Christiane, responded quickly to all questions very gently . Super recommend it.

Second time staying at Elza's AP. I love the space , comfortable and pleasant apartment to stay in. Completo I feel at home . Pool is wonderful . And Elza is so friendly and proactive .
