Cottage with studio and great views

House with beautiful studio/living space, flooded with light and with lovely views. A master bedroom with double bed and a double sofa bed in the main living area. A mezzanine area provides a further two single beds. A fully-equipped kitchen with a wood-burning stove. It also has a lovely terrace and gardens. Situated just 500m ( 10 minute walk) from the Auberge de Chassignolles with its amazing restaurant. There is an additional 70 m² yoga/dance studio that can be rented separately.

For more independence, a 3rd bedroom, with a bathroom, in the small neighboring house, is offered at €60 per night, for more than 6 guests (max capacity of the main house) Basic shops 5 km away Alt 574 m 75 in 10 minutes

Gîte de 180m2 indépendant avec un jardin privé non cloturé. Situé dans un hameau paisible, il vous procurera détente et vous offrira de nombreuses randonnées à travers le Livradois-Forez; laissez vous enivrer par la beauté des paysages d'Auvergne... Le gîte peut accueillir jusqu’à 15 personnes. (2 nuits minimum) le tarif est de 120€ la nuit pour 9personnes et 10€ par voyageur en plus. Les lits font 140x190 et 90x190.
