Our typical guest has grandkids or children that live in our area, is in town for work or is traveling from just about anywhere in the world. Guests have said they like being close to SF at a very reasonable price. We're a family home so you can hear our family when we are in the kitchen. The Sweet Suite is behind our kitchen. Our kids have grown up doing Airbnb so they work to be as quiet as they can when guests are in the Sweet Suite. There is no doubt you will hear us at some point.

Jasmine and Bennet’s place was a great home away from home. The black out curtains and comfortable bed made me sleep peacefully. The tv was nice for streaming. The bathroom was kept clean always. Noise level was at a minimum. You get storage in the refrigerator and parking is free right in front of the house or in the cul-da-sac. The communication between jasmine and I was great she is very friendly and so is Bennett. This is a great place for traveling professionals to get great sleep and come home to unwind. Thanks Jasmine & Bennet for a great stay. I’ll be back in the future 🤞🏽💕🙏🏽

I had a great stay here. The room is spacious, with plenty of natural light from two windows, and the bathroom is clean and very comfortable. The location felt safe and quiet, perfect for working remotely or relaxing. The host was always responsive, kind, and helpful, which made everything easy and pleasant. I really appreciated the hospitality and would definitely consider staying here again in the future!

Elber is a gracious and helpful host - there was never a lag between requests & questions and his responses. The space is perfect for what I needed - long-term (two months) accommodations relatively close to my work location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay there again if future assignments take me to the area. It was a pleasure getting to know Elber.
