The apartment is small but nice and cozy. It has what you need for a pleasant stay: the beds are comfortable, clean sheets and pillows, equipped kitchen. It's easy to get there by car and the parking is roofed. There is a convenience store across the street and the janitors were always very friendly. Cristian was attentive to our arrival and during the days we were in the apartment. A good experience.

Patricia is an excellent host! It made me feel like home. Very welcoming and friendly. All needs were met during the stay as if it were a home. The room was comfortable, warm, with full streaming service, full equipped bathroom, kitchen and living room available. The truth was all 5 stars. I would definitely stay there again.

The place matches the description, the fully-equipped kitchen, even extra like tea, coffee, dressings and many more The place is very quiet, there are not many people, on the date we were at least, so there was no noise and we didn't bother either. It is at the front of the beach and if you are not driving, the micro leaves you right outside and to take it, the same thing, either to go to the center of Tomé or Concepción. Next door is a pub, convenience store, bakery, hardware store, very accessible everything. 100% recommended.

We needed a few days of relaxation and being in Margarita's apartment was ideal, the kitchen was very well equipped, the beautiful view from the terrace and we were able to really rest and the location is excellent. We will be back , we do not want to lose contact with Margarita.
