In the middle of the beautiful rural area of the tijucal, community of Conceição do Mato Dentro, we are 22 km from this city. We have a natural pool and beautiful waterfall available to guests. We also have a vegetable garden, agroforestry and chicken coop. We have another cottage where we also welcome guests, a couple. The owner also lives on site with its 3 dogs that are very sociable. The house is spacious and well-equipped!

Next to the center of Vila da Lapinha da Serra, Casa do Cruzeiro has one of the most incredible views of the village in front of the Serra do Espinhaço and the lagoon. With a large outdoor area with lawn, fruit plants and a charming wooden cruise, famous in the village, which gives the house its name. A few years ago, this was the place where community dwellers gathered for their religious prayers and rituals. A magical and energetic place by nature where we will be delighted to share with you.

Casa Alecrim

The Casa da Paty, on the shores of the lake, about 1800m from the village of Lapinha, comfortably and privately accommodates 4 people in a suite and a bedroom and two bathrooms. In the big room we have two sofas where two more people can sleep. From it stands out a beautiful view composed of the lake that is at the gate of the property of 5.500m2 and the magnificent rugged relief of the famous Serra do Cipó in Minas Gerais. Kayaks included in the rental price are at guests' disposal.

A cozy house with modern countryside style. The enchantment of the mountain offers comfort, convenience and is 1km from the city center. Still, it has private access to the lagoon and we offer kayaks and sup for guest use. For your convenience, we offer bed and bath linens, being necessary to carry only blanket/covered. Caiaques are part of the reservation and can walk at will. (Season of a lot of drought, the lake dries or lowers the water)

As a courtesy, Brudden kayaks are available 24h for guests. The common area offers beach tennis court, shower, fire pit, nets and a deck overlooking the Serra do Espinhaço. We are 1.5 km from the church square, close to the main local bars and restaurants
