Includes a gourmet space on the second floor, with a sink, barbecue, 2 burner wood stove,refrigerator, and table for up to 8 seats. Here you sleep listening to the break of the waves of Minas Gerias. Beautiful landscapes, restaurants, nightlife and activities for families, couples, solo adventurers.

The Casa da Paty, on the shores of the lake, about 1800m from the village of Lapinha, comfortably and privately accommodates 4 people in a suite and a bedroom and two bathrooms. In the big room we have two sofas where two more people can sleep. From it stands out a beautiful view composed of the lake that is at the gate of the property of 5.500m2 and the magnificent rugged relief of the famous Serra do Cipó in Minas Gerais. Kayaks included in the rental price are at guests' disposal.

Encanto da Serra

A cozy house with modern countryside style. The enchantment of the mountain offers comfort, convenience and is 1km from the city center. Still, it has private access to the lagoon and we offer kayaks and sup for guest use. For your convenience, we offer bed and bath linens, being necessary to carry only blanket/covered. Don't miss your chance to stay with us! We are in the process of finishing, but the enjoyment of the space is already perfect. Pets are accepted for a fee.

With capacity for four people, two bedrooms, one suite and the other bedroom with double bed or two single beds, second bathroom on the first floor, full kitchen and exclusive leisure area with swimming pool and barbecue. We offer a desk for cleaning the chalets with a time scheduled by the guest and tours to waterfalls in the quadricycle region with professional guide supervision (value not included in the accommodation). We provide linens.
