In the middle of the beautiful rural area of the tijucal, community of Conceição do Mato Dentro, we are 22 km from this city. We have a natural pool and beautiful waterfall available to guests. We also have a vegetable garden, agroforestry and chicken coop. We have another cottage where we also welcome guests, a couple. The owner also lives on site with its 3 dogs that are very sociable. The house is spacious and well-equipped!

The Casa da Paty, on the shores of the lake, about 1800m from the village of Lapinha, comfortably and privately accommodates 4 people in a suite and a bedroom and two bathrooms. In the big room we have two sofas where two more people can sleep. From it stands out a beautiful view composed of the lake that is at the gate of the property of 5.500m2 and the magnificent rugged relief of the famous Serra do Cipó in Minas Gerais. Kayaks included in the rental price are at guests' disposal.

Casa Catalana was built by the world runner-up Fernanda Maciel to inspire people to enjoy the mountains and waterfalls of Lapinha. The House has all its rustic charm and a deck in the garden made for stargazing at night. The House accommodates a couple, however, can accommodate up to 3 couples because there is a mezzanine with two double beds.
