Monthly Rentals in Conca Specchiulla

We loved this place in between sea and pine forest, tucked away at the edge of the village. Coffee outside looking a sea and forest was a treat. The friendliness of the older couple owners was special. They live next door in the summer months. The place is private and you can park right outside the door. The beaches are rocky around there, though there is a bit of town beach it’s better to drive out to the Bay of Turks. There are a few restaurants very close. A few minutes walk. Some walks around the cliffs. Otranto is a lovely city nearby. The apartment is very well appointed. Nice bathroom, good bed. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you!

The four of us spent a few days in Renato's house. The area is beautiful and the house has a nice outdoor area. The coast can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Communication with Renato was easy and helpful. We felt very comfortable, thank you!

A very clean, equipped and comfortable apartment in a beautiful garden surrounded by olive trees. Sea a five-minute drive away. Delicious hosts and evening breeze included in the price!
