La Carança, mountain house. Calm and nature!

Beautiful 17th-century renovated house, spanning 3 floors with over 100m². Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

Ce gîte meublé indépendant est situé dans un hameau paisible au pied des Pyrénées au coeur du pays cathare. Superbe vue sur les montagnes et l'ancien château de Roquefixade. Balades balisées et sentiers de randonée directement du hameau. D'autres activités : ski, lacs, grottes préhistoriques, châteaux, accrobranch. Un vrai paradis pour les amoureux de la nature.

There are great hiking opportunities into the Natural Reserve of Nohèdes with it's 4 lakes and stunning views of the Pyrenées mountains and the Mediterranean Sea in the distance.
