The apartment is excellent, spacious, clean, the area is very quiet and with a lot of availability of several collective lines to mobilize. Pety is excellent as a host, very friendly in everything!

Damian was such a great and responsive host. He was very flexible with our check in and out. My husband became sick and he was very considerate and empathetic to our condition. A very nice host.

My stay at this Airbnb was excellent. There are many factors that make this place a very comfortable stay. Safety first. It's on the 7th floor with a key to access the building through the main door on the 1st floor where all residents have their key. This way, only residents have access. There is always a policeman on that street below for your safety. On that same avenue, Montes de Oca, there are all kinds of businesses: restaurants, cafes, pizzerias, pharmacies, etc. Among many, I recommend Café Martínez, Restaurante San Miguel, and Pizzería Los Campeones. When you go down, it's very easy to get a cab or call an Uber. I never needed any other transportation. The apartment and building are very clean, with efficient elevator service. The view is excellent and it is very well sealed without external noise. The bathroom is very clean with equally clean towels. There's a hairdryer. The apartment is spacious for two or three people. Two very good rooms.

the place is exactly as listed. it is very close to the subway and that makes it easier to go around the city. has stores around for all needs, bars and restaurants.
