The apartment matches the photos, the place is accessible, has the Subte B line nearby, as well as several collective lines that allow you to move to other areas easily. It is a very quiet commune, for long stays, as in my case. There are several supermarkets nearby (dia, carrefour express or hypermercado) and vegetable and fruit shop that works 24/7. In terms of communication, I note that Mr. Simón, keeps informed about any new maintenance that exists in the building and I thank him for the flexible check-in time. Best of all, the internet speed, which, in particular, I needed to do some work. The apartment does not have a washing machine, however, in Av. de los Incas there are two laundromats that offer their service and I find it a good price. Finally, an extra plus that I highlight is that every week they help you with the change of sheets and towels. Recommended 👍

Very quiet area, having the sub at half a block greatly facilitates the mobilization around the city. Manuel was always attentive to the needs and doubts we had, food and a super market nearby, gas station and a kiosk that serves the 24hrs. I definitely come back to stay here on my next visit to Buenos Aires.

The location of the apartment is great, despite being a bit noisy, but this can be solved by closing the windows and turning on the air-conditioning. The neighborhood is very safe and the apartment is very beautiful and cozy. The commute by bus or subway to various places in the city is very easy and quiet. There is a Western Union a few meters away, as well as markets, kiosks and cafes. As for the structure of the apartment, the bed is very comfortable, the workspace as well, I would just suggest putting more items in the kitchen, at least in cases of long-term stays. For the most part, Lara was very helpful and attentive. I recommend this place!!

Everything impeccable. The apartment is as shown in the photos and Maria is super friendly and attentive, I even ask what time we needed to check out. Due to the weather, we did not access the terrace or pool but everything looked beautiful. I would definitely stay here again!
