The hot tub, the splendid cedar sauna available year-round and the magnificent river allows you to have a completely relaxing thermal experience. Starting point of a beautiful and wide wooded trail that follows the watercourse (public). Beautiful roads and pretty villages nearby (Ayer's Cliff, North Hatley, Magog, Lake Massawippi, Coaticook...). Very nice bike path in the area.

This studio offers you a front-row view of Coaticook's illuminated suspension bridge. Which puts you at the entrance to Foresta Lumina. It is located halfway between the renowned Coaticook creamery (1.8 km) and the city center (1.7 km). In addition, opposite this same dairy, you will find the famous Coaticook Microbrewery. Several hiking trails are also nearby, not to mention the new Coaticook movie theater in downtown and much more.

Equipped with a full kitchen, a wood stove and a heat pump you will be in comfort no matter the weather. The cottage has a king bed for the main occupants and a foldable queen bed for guests/children. Wood is provided for the fireplace during the winter season. Water comes from an artesian well and is drinkable.
