It is walking distance from Mundy Park (full of walking trails and an amazing playground suitable for toddlers to big kids), Poirier Rec center (swimming pool, skating rink, community center, library, running track) and other amenities. The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. The suite has a private entrance. Inside is two bedrooms (1 queen bed and 2 twin sized beds), bathroom and laundry.

All kinds of restaurants, liquor store, 24 hrs Seven Eleven store are close by, within 10 minutes walking distance. There is a full size desk that lowers and raises along with a nice quality office chair with 3 adjustment bars.

Our location is not recommended for guests who want to be close to downtown Vancouver, or are looking for proximity to Vancouver proper. We are 45 min via car from downtown Vancouver, 45 min drive from YVR Vancouver International Airport. We do not accept any 3rd party bookings. If you are not staying here, you cannot book for someone else.
