Fantastic host, very responsive and helpful. Unbelievably welcoming and even made us an omelette and amazing salad with dressing upon late arrival. Couldn’t have asked for more accommodating hosts! Made our trip very enjoyable. The house is lovely! Modern, clean and spacious and in peaceful rural settings while only being a short drive to central Lille. We really enjoyed staying here and felt as if we were at home, I would very highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Monique's for a wedding in a mansion next door. Very good communication. Very clean house, where nothing was missing, which is appreciable when it is a short stay and which is not the case everywhere, far from it! Nice, large and pleasant garden, behind the house, very well maintained, ideal with children. The wifi was working perfectly. The only small disadvantage is the noise from the street that runs through the village and passes in front of the property, very busy during the day on weekdays, but fortunately much less so on weekends, but very very quiet at night, which is the main thing. We would recommend it without a problem.

Very functional accommodation, everything it takes to spend a few days. The place is very quiet and pleasant with a nice view of the garden. The kitchen is functional and has all the amenities. The room is accessible by a retractable staircase that seems scary but that you can easily tame 🙂 The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower and the water should be scraped to drain it completely. But here too the bathroom is very functional. The must is the reception, on arrival as well as on departure, of the cats. 🐱 If you like cats, you'll be delighted! 🙂

Extreme affability, availability and responsiveness of our hosts. Based on our experience, the most beautiful Airbnb we've ever visited! Spacious (more than envisioned through the photo report), bright, modern comfort beyond what one can expect from an Airbnb of this category. Very cozy, with many features for families (Available: games, books, children's beds, bicycles, etc.). Ideal location! Plenty of parking in front of the property. Small shops, amenities and restaurants close by. A superb beach within reach of a short digestive walk. Also highlighted, a hiking circuit directly accessible via a private access from the garden. In short, an unforgettable family holiday! A reference for us for this part of the north coast!

perfect. maybe consider putting up curtains for the daylight that comes in downstairs on the staircase side and can be annoying if someone sleeps on the sofa.

short stay but perfect stay at Serena's. Very clean and nicely decorated accommodation. Comfort bedding. We didn't miss anything between the coffee, the towels and the shower gels etc. the garden is a real plus, we took full advantage of the evening outside and for our dog the place is safe. A big thank you to Serena for her kindness, availability and warm welcome. We'll be back! In the meantime, we recommend it without hesitation.

This place is amazing! such a beautiful location. We had a lovely time for our 4 days. The house is great, very tastefully decorated and lots of amenities. The pool was an excellent addition but unfortunately the weather wasn't as warm as we had hoped. Nevertheless we had a lovely relaxing time, playing boules, walking the vast grounds and enjoying the peace. We hope to visit again.

Had a very nice stay! Beautiful surroundings between the fields, ideal for relaxing and also a wonderful place for our two daughters to live out in the garden. A lamb was born during our stay, so that was completely nice for our daughters. 😊

Just returned back from Franck’s place and had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated. The garden was great with a lovely heated pool and very nice outdoor furniture. The house itself is very well equipped with everything you could need and the beds were very comfortable. Franck was incredibly attentive, providing helpful tips and ensuring we had everything we needed. There are some very nice bakeries and restaurants locally and the location is perfect for going to visit places like Lille, Lens and Arras. We would happily stay here again!

I love the stay at the vacation house

We were with a group of 15 people and we didn't miss anything. The place is super equipped and very clean. Communication was also reliable and pleasant. We would come back anytime!

Very good family stay, the house is very nice, the services offered are of quality and the house is very well equipped for everyday life, which makes you feel really good in the house. Young and old were able to enjoy and enjoy the amenities!! Host is very responsive and available. We highly recommend this home and will come back to it during our next stay.

Kunstkot was an amazing place to stay! We loved the hot tub, the swimming pond and the animals. My daughter loved the bunk bed (though beware the top bunk is quite low so you can't sit up on the bottom bunk, and the top bunk has no rail on one side). The flat itself had the most amazing decoration - there was art work everywhere. The sofa was also sooo comfy! There's a little honesty bar on the farm which we also enjoyed. Olivier was a responsive and accommodating host.

We had a great stay! The house is really very suitable for several people whether family or with friends. The kitchen has plenty of space to cook and eat together. The living room is also very large to spend time together. Nevertheless, you have enough space and space to retreat . Everything is as on the pictures modern, large and cozy. The location is excellent! Right in the city to see a lot of Ypres. A great and large park is also right by the house. Everything is within walking distance. Beautiful accommodation with plenty of space, quiet location and within walking distance of the center of Ypres. We were with 3 couples and 2 children. Plenty of space. Toys for the little ones are also available. Tilly and Stijn are friendly hosts, and were very flexible in arrival and departure times. Definitely recommended!
