Apartment on the second floor of a villa located 1,500 metres above sea level, offering stunning views of the Dolomites, which have been declared a World Heritage Site. It is suitable for couples with children or for groups of up to 4 people. I offer a room, kitchen, bathroom and living room. The house is located on the road that leads to the Venezia mountain hut, where there is access to the summit of Mount Pelmo at 3,168 metres, from which, on clear days, you can see the Venice Lagoon. For those who can't climb, there is a trail that goes around the mountain.

It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. My place is close to beautiful panoramic views of the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, family activities in the Kral Ladin recreation center where in the winter there is a beautiful skating stadium, 3Zinnen dolomiten ski area 5 minutes (by car) from the apartment, various ethnographic museums. You'll love my place because of its atmosphere, outdoor spaces, light, neighborhood, and people. My place is good for couples and families (with kids).
