The Chalet is warm and well located. In the mountains, near the city, the place is peaceful and friendly. I really recommend this place, I will definitely go back. The landlord is welcoming and accessible.

We had a pleasant stay. The view is beautiful from the home's terrace. We came for a wedding and Jean Robert provided us with the necessary equipment to iron our clothes. Access via the key box is very convenient to arrive at any time. There are many possibilities for walks in the surroundings and the nearest shops are 5 minutes' drive away. The place is very relaxing. I recommend it for a total change of scenery.

Maria and Jean Marc are welcoming, very friendly and discreet people who immediately make you feel at home. The little house is very comfortable with everything you need to have a good stay and the neighborhood is very quiet. It was a real pleasure for me to have stayed there.

we spent the weekend of the ascent under the sun facing Mont Blanc , the chalet is in a very quiet area with splendid views. It is very functional with a typical Savoyard decor. Thanks to Theo for the quality brought to this place. We'd love to come back.

The most amazing spot! We had the most perfect stay with our 2 year old son. The house was exactly as described and spotless with the bonus of parking. The host was so helpful and very gracious, despite our timekeeping. The terrace was superb with stunning sunset views. We loved driving along to Talloires which had great restaurants, along with an amazing boulangerie (Le Fournil de mon Père). The beaches in Talloires and Angon were great. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

A beautiful place in a beautiful and quiet setting. 5 minutes to the centre of Chamonix. We were a family of four (with teenage children) and we were very comfortable. Delphine was a lovely host and quick to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend staying here!

One of those ‘even better than expected’ places on Airbnb. Modern, clean, well designed apartment with amazing views over the lake. Location is great - walkable to a number of lake beaches and the village. Host is super responsive and super helpful! Would 100% stay again! 🤍

Great stay at the Nid des Neiges. The apartment is very pleasant and extremely functional. Its location is perfect for skiing in Combloux! The icing on the cake: the view of Mt Blanc from the balcony. Lucas was very helpful throughout the stay. We'll be happy to go back!

Very quiet and clean residence. Clean apartment with plenty of storage. Very clear guidelines. I recommend Doriane's apartment. Small downside, it is missing a stool for the fifth person ( Unless we couldn't find it!) Thanks for your hospitality. Angelica

Apartment as described and photos. The view of the Mont Blanc massif is beautiful. The bedding is very comfortable and the apartment is quiet, very warm and well-equipped. Note that it is not necessarily necessary to come by car, the apartment being very close to the stop of free shuttles and buses to Sallanches and Megève. Overall we had a nice stay.

We came for 2 nights with a 4-year-old child who slept on the sofa bed, our host even prepared the bed before we arrived. Great! With a view of Mont Blanc from the balcony. Great! Beautiful kitchen very well equipped with appliances, beautiful decor and even board games available in case! It makes you want to come back

Quietly located apartment with a great view of the greenery and the mountains. The apartment was very clean and everything as described. The area offers countless opportunities for hiking and cycling. On sunny days, you can eat outside. We would have liked to have stayed longer and hopefully will come back sometime!

We had a nice time with Bernadette and her husband. The accommodation is very clean, the kitchen well equipped and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, there was bread, croissant, butter, jam, coffee and juice. We recommend the place.

It was a lovely chalet with beautiful views of Mont Blanc. The accomodation was beautiful and well equipped with all the things needed for the families on a holiday! Beautifully decorated! The swimming pool and hot tub were very useful and family friendly. There was also a kids play area in the campus! Would love to visit again

The apartment is really great! Both for its location and its functionality! Everything is planned and well thought out, you only have to bring your suitcases and food! A real highlight that we find less and less on Airbnb offers, so it deserves to be highlighted. A big thank you to you Patrick! I highly recommend!

We had a wonderful 8 vacation days in this home with my husband and our dog, and the experience was really great. The stay was very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed to feel at home. The location is perfect, as it is in a well-connected place and close to places of interest, which made our hikes and walks much easier. Also, the views from the place are simply gorgeous, which made every sunrise and sunset even more special. I would definitely recommend this place to those looking for a comfortable, well located place with breathtaking views to enjoy an unforgettable vacation.

we were blown away by this place - the view is absolutely amazing. the house was spotless and very well equipped. the nearest village was an 8 minute drive, and there is a market on on Saturday mornings. annecy was around 30 mins drive into the centre. the host was very good at communicating and also gave us our space which we appreciated- also very accomadating as we were travelling with a baby they kindly let us check in a little earlier. the only thing I would give as feedback to the host, there is no shade in the garden, and as we were blessed with gorgeous sunshine throughout our stay, we enjoyed eating our dinner and letting our baby play outside - maybe an umbrella or parasol over the decking would be an added touch. overall wonderful stay and would 100% recommend.
