Welcome to our lovely apartment in Combloux! This charming studio (37 m²), ideally located at the foot of the slopes on the heights of Combloux (La Cry / Cuchet), offers a large grassy area on the ground floor with views of the slopes and Mont Blanc in the background. Ideal for a skiing holiday or a peaceful mountain getaway. Just a 30-second walk from the start of the slopes (you can take your skis off right in the garden!), make the most of the natural beauty of our mountains.

A spacious living area is characterized by wooden beams and a warm ceiling. A rustic dining table with black chairs is positioned centrally. A cozy seating arrangement can be seen in one corner, while a wooden cabinet is located against the wall, adding a charming touch.

Combloux: Quiet and cozy apartment

Dear guest Our apartment is located on the upper floor of our semi-farm dating from 1812, in a completely separate part of our main house. Completely refurbished at the end of 2018, it will appeal to regulars who like quiet and cozy places, while combining authenticity, modernity and mountain charm. A 10-min walk to the center of Combloux, a 10-min drive to the start of the slopes and the start of many hiking and mountain biking trails, it will delight all types of travelers.

A charming wooden chalet with a sloping roof is depicted, featuring multiple balconies and large windows. Snow-covered ground surrounds the structure, with natural stone and greenery visible, contributing to a serene mountain setting.

Superb apartment for two people.

Cozy and romantic ground floor apartment in a comfortable Savoyard chalet: fully equipped kitchen, walk-in shower, separate toilet, sitting area with electric fireplace and underfloor heating, TV, office area in the bedroom. Large terrace equipped with breathtaking aerial view of Combloux les Aravis and Les Fiz, only 1.5 km from the Princess of Megève cable car (Evasion Mont Blanc area), start of many walks (snowshoe loan). Free parking in front of the apartment.

The entrance of the studio is framed by a rock pathway leading to a wooden deck. Sun loungers and a patio umbrella are positioned on the deck, which features a barbecue area. Natural greenery adds a refreshing touch to the rustic stone and wood exterior.

Pretty mezzanine studio of about 40 m2 located in a fully renovated mountain farm at 1200 m altitude in the heart of nature. The house is nestled at the end of a path, with no close neighbors and at the start of beautiful hikes as well as close to the ski slopes (700 m). You will have a fully equipped home with bathroom, equipped kitchen, living room, dining room with a comfortable sofa bed, a mezzanine bedroom with large double bed and private outdoor terrace.

52 m2 The Entrance is on the first floor of the Chalet. An amazing view of the Mont Blanc and direct access right from the chalet to the ski hill in winter as in summer. Hiking trails right in the back. The Apartment is open with an American type kitchen. The Bathroom has an Italian style shower. It sleeps 4 comfortably but can sleep 5 for an extra child under 2 years old (with additional cost for an extra person). The Kitchen is fully equipped.

A wooden entrance area features a simple bench against the wall. A couple of windows allow natural light while maintaining privacy with white curtains. The floor is tiled, leading to an open space with a dining area visible in the background.

During the winter, a free shuttle bus drops skiers off at the start of the slopes every 15 minutes. A stop for this shuttle is 50 meters from the chalet.
