We offer a refurbished apartment on the ground floor of our house with a separate and independent entrance thanks to a key box and side entrance. The house is located 10 minutes by car from downtown Beaune, the hospices, the Cité des Vins and the southern highway exit (McDonald's). We are also 3 km from the bike paths, 2 km from the Levernois hotel and its golf course and have a restaurant 200 m from the house.

It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.
