We welcome you to a detached house and in a very private environment without a view, 300 meters from the ramparts. You will have a 1000 m2 garden in the city center, a heated swimming pool (the temperature is generally between 26°C and 28°C but we cannot guarantee this temperature in case of very unfavorable weather) and free and secure covered parking for one vehicle. We no longer accept young children due to bad experiences.

This is a 2-room independent apartment in my family home, quiet and yet in the heart of the city, a 5-minute walk to the famous Hospices and other cultural curiosities as well as next to a multitude of restaurants and the largest square in the city where you can park your car for free, which will be safe by video surveillance.

Welcome to our 120 m² CHARMING COTTAGE with panoramic views of the Hautes Côtes de Nuits vineyards and a 2000 m² garden. It dates from the 19th century and was completely renovated in 2015. Outbuildings will allow you to store your bikes safely and securely. This cottage has been awarded the "Vignobles & Découvertes" label. It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.

Located a 10 minute walk from the city center and adjacent to the Parc de la Bouzaise, you will appreciate its charm and the surrounding calm of this small newly restored cottage. A small swimming pool with stunning views of the valley is available to visitors. Not suitable for children under 12.
