Monthly Rentals in Columbia

If I could give the Swan Center 10 stars, I would! This was mine and my spouse's second time staying here, and each time we've walked away feeling restored and rejuvenated (even after just one or two nights). You could spend a whole day just walking the grounds, ID-ing birds and plants, having coffee on the porch, and visiting the nearby farm animals. Kathleen is even kind enough to offer to share her herbs with us, and has invited us over for dinner both times we've visited. This most recent time, she also offered free reiki sessions to us as guests, which I would highly recommend. All in all, I can't recommend this place enough!

Extremely helpful and accommodating.

This was the second time I've stayed at Jason's place, both times for most of or more than a week. It meets all of what I want or need in a place. The town square, with a Puckett's and a wonderful bookstore, is a ten minute walk. Much closer are Mama Mia's delightful Italian family-run restaurant. The James K Polk House and Museum are a five minute walk. Where I go for classes is about 20 minutes away. If I have the opportunity to return to Columbia, I'll be looking for this place of Jason's for a third stay.

Beautiful home complete with all the amenities you will need when home away from home. We loved the esthetics of this home, cozy, chic, modern with historic touches. Extremely comfortable bedding, couches and a gorgeous bathroom. Ben and Rachel were so welcoming! Thank you for a great stay!
