An easy 10 minutes from the town of Golden, our completely unique, elegant, extremely romantic, custom built, all season yurt and modern shower house Note: There is a new build happening on the rural property beside us for summer 2026. During the hours of 8am-5pm Mon-Friday there could be some noise. We reduced our prices to reflect that and promise to take great care of you!:)

Welcome to Drift Away! We invite you to our home in the woods, just 10 minutes outside of Golden, BC where you can surround yourself with mountains, wildlife, and serenity. Enjoy the fully stocked suite with all the amenities to live in the woods in comfort, including a full kitchen, board games, comfy couches and quality bed mattresses with fluffy down duvets. With such close proximity to the backcountry, multiple national parks, and ski resorts, your adventure begins the moment you arrive!

Off Grid Yurt At Inshallah

Our cozy, rustic off grid yurt is located 20 min west of Golden in the Bleaberry Valley. It is nestled on the side of Willow Bank mountain. The views and nearby activities here are world class. The yurt has all the necessities you need to have a comfortable stay anytime of year. It is a very basic and rustic place, best suited to adventure seekers. Black Bear Log Cabin

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Black Bear Log Cabin is a locally handcrafted Douglas Fir log cabin nestled in the trees on a private lot, located an easy 15 minute drive south of Golden BC. Situated within easy reach of several national parks, Golden is an outdoor enthusiasts paradise with world class skiing & sledding in the winter. Equally exhilarating are the many summer activities including hiking, mountain biking, whitewater rafting, paragliding, tandem parachuting.

Magical Log Cabin on Tranquil 4 Acre Lot

Smiley Wolf Cabin is a magical log cabin on a beautifully landscaped 4 acre lot, just 7 km (4 miles) south of Golden and under 20 km (13 miles) from Kicking Horse Mountain Resort. Suitable for groups from 2 to 6 people, the cabin has a private hot tub with mountain views, 3 decks with picnic table, BBQ & hammock and a private lawn. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, wireless internet, 42" TV (Netflix, Disney+, Roku) & DVD player (+ DVDs), wood burning stove, washer-dryer & fully equipped kitchen.

Conveniently located off the Trans-Canada Hwy outside of Revelstoke (5km west) all within an 18 min. drive to Revelstoke Mountain Resort, an 8 min. drive to downtown Revelstoke & seconds away from snowmobile trails!

Get away from it all at this cozy cabin located in a private wooded setting in the Blaeberry Valley. Easy access to hwy 1 and 20 minutes to Golden, 45 minutes from the Rogers Pass and 30 minutes from Kicking Horse Resort. Walk, snowshoe or xc ski right from the door and explore the trails and the Blaeberry River. Warm up beside the wood stove and enjoy the ambiance of the timber framed cabin. Located on a dead end road , you will enjoy the peaceful and quiet location.

Wolf's Den

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Listen to the wolves howling right outside your window at the neighboring Wolf Center. Stay warm on those cold nights with the infloor heating and wood stove. This cozy little cabin is nestled in the beautiful Blaeberry valley, with great trails along the river's edge only a few minutes walk away.There is a full size shower and comfortable outhouse that has ample lighting that comes on automatically when it gets dark.

Charming Small House for Rent Near Golden, BC This cozy house is just 15 minutes from town – a paradise for mountain biking, hiking, skiing, fishing, sightseeing, and paragliding. Centrally located between Banff (1.5h), Yoho (45min), Jasper (3h), and Glacier National Park (45min). Built by us 5 years ago, it offers a unique and personal touch.
