Cabin holiday rentals in Columbia Falls

This was a perfect spot for our day trips into Glacier and it was so much fun to finish each day with a dip in the hot tub. Everything was clear and easy to find. We will definitely recommend this location to friends and family.

My husband and I booked this place for our 19th anniversary. First trip to Montana and it did not disappoint! We had the best time! Denise was helpful with places to check out for hiking and food. I will note that a good portion of the Going to the Sun Road was closed for the season as was the Whitefish Ski lodge (it opens back up in Dec for skiing). However we still enjoyed our stay and could get as far as Avalanche Lake trails on the GTTSR. Lake McDonald was beautiful and we had two clear days to see the mountains. The house was clean and spacious, and the view was amazing. There is a train that runs every two hours very close to the house but honestly didn’t disturb us too much. Columbia Falls is a beautiful little town and this house is great location from airport, shops, restaurants and hiking. We plan to come back to explore more of Glacier Park. We loved our stay!

Our stay at 2 Cranes was amazing. The property was very clean, well decorated, and had many extra amenities for us to use such as books, games, bug spray, spices, and detergents. Kelson was welcoming, proactive, accommodating, and provided great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. We felt well taken care of. We would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this property if you’re planning to visit Glacier National Park.

We really enjoyed The Roost. Had 10 of us and there was plenty of room. Nice Front yard to play frisbee or throw a football, but bring it with you. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub in the early mornings or evenings after a hike. The place served our needs very well and we would definitely stay there again.

Brian's cabin was absolutely perfect! The beds were insanely comfortable, the cabin was very cozy and had everything we needed! The property and views were like a dream! Our boys loved playing in the yard, swinging on the swings, and playing on the beach. Brian was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely book again! Totally worth it!

Without a doubt the finest vacation rental we have ever stayed in, and we've stayed in quite a few. Beautifully equipped kitchen (very important), pleasant ranch setting, and a working excellently maintained hot tub. What more could you ask for. Ten minutes from downtown Whitefish and about 40 minutes from West Glacier, it's the perfect location. Thank, Sharon.

The cabin was the perfect honeymoon spot. Will definitely recommend to everyone. Area was beautiful and peaceful and we loved the wildlife that visited daily. Everything was perfect on the inside and outside of the cabin. Local towns had great food and things to do.

Great stay with the family. Responsive host. Comfy beds. For those of you staying in the dead of summer, follow instructions on how to keep upstairs cool. I stayed in June so it wasn’t that bad. For folks wanting to cook outside, buy lighter fluid and charcoal at the grocery nearby. Charcoal grill works just fine. Firepit is great but as the host noted you’ll need firewood. We rented a 21’ pontoon from the host-recommended Big Fork Rentals and had it delivered at Echo Lake.

This is a great place to relax. Has everything you need, is peaceful and the view is terrific. Sunsets over the lake and a sky full of stars. George had all set up perfect for us. We will stay there again.

We had such a wonderful stay at this cute and cozy cabin! It was even more charming in person than in the photos. My boyfriend, our pet, and I felt right at home the moment we arrived. The cabin was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable perfect after a long day of travel. The location is peaceful and relaxing, with a balcony that looks directly out over beautiful Flathead Lake, absolutely stunning! Booking was a breeze, and communication with John was fantastic from the start. He was extremely responsive and polite throughout our stay. After we checked out, I realized I had forgotten something, and John got back to me immediately to help. Truly above and beyond! We’ll definitely be booking with him again for our next trip back to visit family. Highly recommend this little gem!

What a great cabin close to glacier national park! Everything was super clean and comfortable. The hosts were so nice and responsive as well. Felt right at home! Will definitely be back when we come up to visit the area next year!

We wanted to stay close to Glacier National Park with an outdoorsy feel and ability to cook. Christian’s place was all that and more. The cabin is beautifully done and they’ve thought of everything you might need so it feels like home.

My favorite AirBnb stay by far!!! If I could give it 10 stars, I would! The Chickadee Cabin is so cozy and comfortable. I appreciated all the dog amenities, since I enjoy traveling with my dogs. Carmen had great local recommendations for hiking and everything else. She is also so kind and friendly, even helping my elderly dog with some medicine. I would go back in a heartbeat. Loved this area of Montana and highly recommend the Chickadee Cabin!!!

Look no further than this quaint stay! Easily accessible to Kalispell and West Glacier, my wife and I had all the privacy we needed with this spot tucked away against a mountain, zero traffic, brisk walk to a farm of llamas and deer grazing for miles, it was perfect for us. The kitchen is big with lots of space to include a big bathroom. Katy was proactive putting her best foot forward before we even got there. Deer were bedding in front of the kitchen window and lots of trees where we had privacy…and the best part was a super comfy bed to top it all off; wish we could have stayed longer!

VERY clean rental. Kit was very quick to respond to questions we had and was so friendly. Very easily accessible and close to everything we wanted to do!

This was such an incredible Airbnb experience. The cabin is gorgeous—nestled deep in the forest among towering pine trees, it feels like a peaceful retreat straight out of a dream. The space itself is beautifully designed, cozy, and clean. The location couldn’t be better—just a short drive from the entrance to West Glacier National Park, making it the perfect home base for exploring. Sierra welcomed us and she was so sweet- she made sure we could drop our bags early. We were met with a bottle of wine, fresh coffee, and a handwritten card—such thoughtful, personal touches that made us feel immediately at home. One day we were driving back from a hike and got a flat tire in our rental care with no spare- stressful! Luckily, Josiah immediately came out to us and fixed the entire thing like a total pro. We were blown away. He didn’t just help—he saved us from a disastrous situation and it meant the world. This place has it all: beauty, comfort, serenity and wonderful hosts. Book it !

Perfect location in Columbia Falls. The cabin is at the foot of gorgeous mountains and close enough to the park, airport and Whitefish. Jen was so accommodating and friendly. She even gave my fiancé a fishing lesson! Thank you for such an incredible experience! We felt the warmth and hospitality and we’re so happy we spent our weekend here.

Michael’s house was amazing. It was extremely clean and easy to find. The little things really made it feel like home. The decor was perfect, the kitchen ware was exactly what was needed for cooking. The hot tub and fire pit are nice outside touches. I highly recommend staying here for going to GNP, Polebridge and Bowman Lake.

Spotless house with a stunning view! The house is close to town and Glacier National Park, making it a perfect spot to stay. During our stay, we saw lots of deer and a few owls! Coming from a busy city, my wife and I felt so at peace sitting in the living room, looking out the windows and listening to the sound of nothing but nature and the crickets chirping. We also slept like babies as the bed was so comfortable. We also really appreciate the host, who communicated with us whenever we needed anything. Will definitely hope to stay here again if it’s not booked up!

The place of our dreams! Do yourself the greatest favour ever and book yourself into this idyllic cabin. We stayed 10 days and had to tear ourselves away from the cabin to experience beautiful Montana! The cabin itself is like something out of a fairytale with the most thoughtful and decorative furniture and design pieces. The fireplace, dreamy king size bed, kitchen with everything, large deck and obligatory deer and woodpeckers left us in awe. We are definitely coming back to enjoy a winter stay. Jamie & Tom were fantastic and even brought us fresh flowers during our stay. Wow wow wow!
