Monthly Rentals in Colton

Very clean and straight forward. Not a ton of internal amenities, but you will not find a more beautiful property, I wish we had more time to explore. Nine of ten, accurate description.

Very pretty. Had everything we needed/wanted. Loved the cozy feeling of the house. It was perfect accommodations while visiting my son at college. Too bad he graduates next month and we just discovered this gem now. Thank you our stay was great.

To say we were please with The Lake Bear would be an understatement!!! We loved the cabin, it was beautiful, clean, it created a space for everyone! The view was by far the most spectacular!! We had coffee on the dock in the morning and wine in the evenings! Grace was the perfect host to work with! We have a child at St Lawrence University and the 20 min drive to campus was easy! Wish we would have found this place years ago!!! 100% recommend!!!

I really enjoyed my time at Mark's place. It was quiet and peaceful. Looking forward to coming back at another time when the weather is better. Highly recommend!!
