Holiday rentals with lake access in Colorado River

My mom and I stated at Adam's place for our vacation. The house was so nice. Very clean. Stocked with a lot of extras. If you have kids it's loaded with games and toys for all ages. Bunkers and a nice kids room. The indoor Jacuzzi tub was amazing with jets. We enjoyed the backyard, with water misters. It's close to the river and in a convenient location. The garage was great because it was air conditioned. Made it nice to pull into after a hot day. I give this house 5 stars. 🤗

Unfortunately my husband became quite ill during our stay and needed to be hospitalized 2 hours away. Ryan and his team went above and beyond to support me during this time, even coming to feed and let my dog out while I was at the hospital. Due to my husbands illness, we were required to stay in Bullhead City and Ryan made sure we had a new house to stay at as long as we needed. Again he and his team worked hard to ensure the house was ready for us. It meant so much to us that people we never met before went above and beyond to make sure that this time of stress was made easier for us. I will never forget their kindness and compassion.

Everyone in our group kept saying this place is a hidden treasure. We all felt very comfortable. It was fun having kayaks and this place being right on the water. There was plenty of everything for our stay. I can see why this place stays booked!

We had an amazing stay at Kristi’s beautiful home! The house was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The kids had an absolute blast in the heated pool and hot tub, and we all enjoyed the gorgeous views of the lake. The amenities were top-notch and made us feel right at home. Kristi was a fantastic host—super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely love to come back!

We have previously stayed at the Tiki House, and we truly appreciate its central location. The clean and clutter-free home is delightful, and the pool and BBQ area enhance our getaway experience. Robyn is always very responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Had an amazing time here with my family for my mothers birthday. Would defiantly come back. Made a lot of wonderful memories. The house made you feel right at home and we enjoyed playing the board games and watching movies at night. And the pool and spa were very nice! Got a good tan as well!!! Thank you again for everything.

Our family had a great time staying in Bobby's home. It worked really well for our family of 5. The outdoor area is amazing. Great Dock area nice & spacious. The inside is a bit small & separated as each room has it's own unit with no doors linking the rooms from the inside of the rooms so that was a little different than what we are used to but it still worked fine for our family of 6. Any additional people would have been tight. The location on the river was great. The extra parking across the street for trailers, boats & PWC's was fantastic more than enough room for a few rigs.

Staying in Pamela's home was a wonderful experience. She was very responsive to any questions, made lots of suggestions for things for us to do, and went above and beyond to meet our needs. We definitely want to rebook and stay for a longer period of time.

As a first time booker, Uwe and Frauke were very helpful with recommendations on things to do and places to see! They were very welcoming and Vargus is a private, well kept place to stay :) Had a lot of fun exploring Bombay and learning about its history

We have stayed at many of the condos within this location & I can say this one by far was one of the BEST!!! Location was great and condo was beautiful and clean, which for us is extremely important. We will absolutely be staying in this specific unit again!!

We had a wonderful stay in Tiko’s place! Any hiccups we experienced were dealt with in a timely manner and handled with grace. We enjoyed the apartment, the useful amenities, and the location.

Peaceful escape from the strip and nice surroundings for walking and biking

This is our 2nd time staying here and we love it! Close to lots of restaurants and we especially love the cookies and water in the fridge upon arrival!

I appreciated the quiet neighborhood. I actually prefer King size beds but the mattress was comfortable which is most important since I have back issues. The apartment was a little cluttered by too much furniture for my taste which makes the unit appear much smaller but that is just my individual opinion. Everything was clean and the book of instructions was very well done compared to other Airbnb units. The kitchen was extremely well stocked for cooking at the unit! The unit supplies almost everything anyone would need!

We had an absolutely amazing stay, so relaxing and peaceful. Our hosts pay so much attention to detail from the pillow menu to the fully applianced kitchen. Everything was spotless and the home has a great atmosphere. The highlight for sure was the outdoor fireplace watching the sunset. Thank you to our amazing hosts for a warm welcome, my husband and I can’t wait to return! Highly recommend.

Tucked away and charming. We enjoyed the privacy and quiet. The lake was close and offered a lovely stroll.

Karen’s place is beautiful with AC, private parking and nicely located in a quiet, private, friendly and safe gated community with access to a private beach and to a clean pool. Nicky and Karen were very nice. The community We loved it and we had a great time! Definitely coming back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Rock Palace. Such a peaceful and quiet home nestled in the granite boulders. We especially loved the fire pit area!

Inside the RV park everything is very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Outside of the park the area is run down but still clean. The park is within easy access to the freeway and any local attractions. I would definitely rent this again.

Samuel was an outstanding host. Communicative, quick to respond, and genuinely thoughtful. The house was better stocked than any Airbnb I’ve stayed in. The kitchen had every cooking tool and utensil imaginable. There were books, board games, pillows, blankets, and even several types of coffee with multiple coffee makers. The pool and hot tub were clean and perfect. The home sits at the end of a long private driveway, making the setting ultra-secluded and peaceful. Inside, the massive fireplace made everything feel cozy and warm. It didn’t feel like a rental; it felt like someone’s actual home. The musical instruments throughout the space, from the piano to (I think) a cello, plus trumpets on the wall, gave it a cool and creative vibe. Overall, a really fun and relaxing experience.

I don’t know how I stumbled upon this place and it came out such a wonderful time. I will definitely be back. I even stayed an extra three days. I loved it the first cabin so much.

The house was located in a quiet, gated area, which made me feel safe. It was clean and nicely maintained. The only issue I had was the presence of gnats inside the house, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
