Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Colorado River

My partner had a surgery in Mayo Clinic so we decided to rent this place because it was so close from it. We don’t regret it, this place is so beautiful and spacious. The neighborhood is quiet. The house has a lot of amenities including games and pool table. The best thing is the backyard, a nice beautiful pool, jacuzzi, barbecue and big table where We really enjoyed having breakfast every morning. The only negative thing is that it gets so hot in the 2 rooms in the second floor during the day. However we didn’t use this rooms at all so it didn’t bothered us. The communication with the company manager of this property is excellent. I had a issue with the lock code because it ran out of battery and I couldn’t get in to the house, however they sent a couple gays to help me and they finally let me in to the house, the guy even offered me a refund of $27 to compensate the bad time which I really appreciated and thanked. In conclusion a good place to stay specially if you have a big family.

The hosts were very responsive and attentive. This helped make our stay feel more secure and at peace. Such a perfect little getaway place.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Romo Jones, very comfortable home, great backyard, necessities (coffee, shampoo, etc) all taken care of, all right in the center of Tempe. We stayed here while visiting our son at ASU - convenient location to all of our activities.

Totally worth it. I was only in town a few days and Maria’s place worked out just fine. Walkable to a restaurant/sports bar and a grocery store. Easy check in and shared the house with her abd and an other guest. Plenty of street parking and felt real secure. Locking electronic code for outer and room door and bathroom, kitchen, and living room access was great. I’ll look to stay with Maria again if it’s available

This airbnb was awesome!! We stayed here for 5 weeks and we felt right at home. The location was safe and secure. The house was clean and comfy. And most importantly the host was super friendly and attentive. He checked in on us a couple time and always asked if we needed anything. When we needed anything he got to our requests immediately. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We enjoyed our stay here. The description and photos were accurate. The house is very nice and the back patio is very peaceful with lots of plants. Open floor plan and clean, we would stay here again.

This was our second time at Lorraine’s place. We love it there! She’s great to deal with, and the house is large and well equipped. It is an actual home, not just a sterile rental, so if you wanna feel like you’re crashing at your cool aunt’s place this is it. If you prefer feeling like you’re in a model home with no spices in the cabinet or personal artwork and whatnot, this isn’t it. We love it and look forward to coming again!

Grant was an exceptional host. the airbnb felt like a home away from home while we were having renovations to our house. Gated, quiet neighborhood with great walking paths for the dogs and a nice playground for the kiddo. Backyard chaird were falling apart due to weather and the host replaced them within days. Extremely accomodating with last minute reservations and extensions. Probably the best stay I've had on the app.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Brandon's property. Had everything we needed . Grocery store across the street was so convenient. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. Just up the road from several key walking areas. It was nice to have the option of the pool and tennis courts. We would stay here again, for sure!

Quaint purple forward house. Some road and pedestrian noise and of course the train is ever present. If you want peace and quiet, this isn't the house for you. If you don't mind some city noise, this is the place for you, a comfortable and convenient home.

Exactly as described and easy to find. Close to the Grand Canyon and town is not too far away. Great and clear communication.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time staying at the cabin. The views from the room were amazing, even better since we caught the snow while we were staying there. We especially loved being able to use the hot tub during the cold weather. Wendy and Greg are very responsive and extremely accommodating. Absolutely recommend staying at their Prescott Log Cabin.

Had a great stay, provided us with farm fresh eggs! Awesome place!

We enjoyed the end of our Arizona trip at Trevor and Susan’s! It felt like our own private resort. Everything was clean, beautiful furniture, even had some beverages in the fridge. Loved having fresh fruit right out our door. We already want to plan a trip back to stay there longer!

Mostly we needed a place to sleep as we were visiting friends and relatives in the area. It was nice and quiet, bed was comfy, so was the recliner!! And we loved the courtyard -- was a little cool but we came from a cold climate so we still sat out and listened to the birds -- it felt like spring to us!! All the people (volunteers) at this facility were friendly and nice. There were nice areas to walk and we watched a few skydivers -- way in the distance!

leon's place was wonderful, very clean smoke free , wonderful sitting area off the bedrooms in the back yard. He had a grill for outdoor cooking too. We enjoyed having the washer and dryer to do laundry . We would book it again ,if Leon would have us ,if we are ever in that part of AZ again.

I would hands down stay here again, and probably will. Besides the handful of times I’ve stayed in the woods, I’ve never experienced something so peaceful. Appreciated a laundry unit so we didn’t need to pack a lot. The pool and hot tub were conveniently located and a welcome respite after outdoor adventures. Thank you!

It was apparent that Alice put a lot of thought and work into making her guests comfortable. She was friendly and very responsive to the couple of issues that came up. The home was very clean and well stocked and checkout was easy. Central location was convenient to all the places we visited with family. The decor and patio were especially lovely! King bed was too soft for me, personally, but I was able to sleep on the firmer twin. I’d happily stay here again when returning to the area.

Really good location - as described. Walkway to mgm grand means easy to get to mgm pool and monorail.

Nice two bedrooms with full kitchen. We enjoyed the pool and the little store within the lobby. Easy checkin and checkout. Overall great stay.

Great stay! Just need to add the unit to the address so it's easier to find. The address just takes you to the complex.
