Today, it is a private Estate with big jungle trees, about 4km of trails, fruit orchards and beautiful gardens. The house has been fully renovated and is welcoming and comfortable. A large wrap-around terrace looks out toward Volcán Barú and La Amistad Park. Hacienda Viva offers a setting to slow down and reconnect. Casa Oceanside is a cute concrete bungalow about 80 meters from the sand, situated in an approximately 1,7 acre tropical garden with a variety of wildlife, that can be seen daily. The waves that break in front of our house are perfect for beginners.

Beyond surfing, there's great fishing, whale watching, horseback riding, markets, waterfalls, river floating, boat tours, mountain biking, plus a whole lot more!
