In this quiet and friendly place, with family or friends, you can enjoy the many hikes, as well as the charm of the landscapes of Fresselines where water holds a prominent place and which has seduced landscape painters since the end of the 19th century.

We welcome you to our newly renovated charming home with garden, on the doorstep of the Valley of the Painters, close to the picturesque site of Crozant and the confluence of the two Creuses, immortalized by Claude Monet. But also near the medieval town of La Souterraine and about thirty minutes from the Monts de Guéret and the Parc Animalier des Loups de Chabrières. Couple, family, or group of friends: You are welcome, as well as your pets!

Charming little cocoon of 30 m2, attached to the main house on a large fenced lot. The entry is independent. Free and secure parking space (s). Historic center, train station, and all shops 1.5km away (15min walk). Training center of the International Water Office 1km away. Close to ponds, lakes, nooks for walks and hikes in the heart of the nature. The nearest pond where it is very pleasant to walk and recharge is 600 m away.

Come and cool off in this small house with a cottage atmosphere, perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay, close to Lake Eguzon. Beaches, an area of 312 hectares of water for fishing, sailing or skiing, and trails to go around, multiple cultural , artistic and tourist activities (Gargilesse, Himalayan footbridge, Crozant and its ruins, Châteaubrun and its monumental sculptures...): welcome to Lake Eguzon and its region.

Small Berry house in the heart of the grove

This small house is located 5 minutes from the A20, 10 km from Argenton-sur-Creuse, 10 km from Saint-Benoît-du-Sault, 14 km from Eguzon: you can easily discover this beautiful region. Please note, the house does not have Wi-Fi and the phone network is not very good: you will therefore be forced to relax, rest and enjoy nature! In winter, heating is only by wood-burning stove. You can sit in the armchairs, nice and warm.

Playhouse

A country house next to ours in a calm and peacefull situation surrended by nature. An independante entry with a private garden fully enclosed and a place to park your car. Once inside, you enter in the saloon with a fully equiped opened kitchen. You'll get a bedroom with a two people's bed, a bathroom with a bathtube and toilets. To finish, a mezzanine with a two people's bed a a desk corner. English TV available.

The Blue House

Accommodation for 4 to 5 people, the blue house of Genêts, is located in the town of Lafat, in a peaceful hamlet. 10 minutes from Dun le Palestel, access to all shops and market on Thursday mornings. The area is very rich in hiking trails, Valley of Painters, Sédelle, Chemin de Compostelle ….. and also culturally Ruins of Crozant, Castles, Museums, Land of George Sand, Gargilesse, etc...
