Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Colombo

We had an amazing stay in this truly unique and beautiful apartment! The space was not only stylish and comfortable but also had a special charm that made our trip even more memorable. Our host was absolutely fantastic—super helpful, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We had a wonderful stay at this AirBnB in Colombohosted by Noel! The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city, yet peaceful and easy to reach. One of the highlights was the beautiful sea view from the apartment, which made the experience even more special. The building itself is fantastic, with excellent facilities including a pool, sauna, steam room, and gym—all of which we used and thoroughly enjoyed. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and easy to access. The apartment was very well furnished and thoughtfully set up with all the amenities you’d expect in a high-quality stay. The beds were comfortable, storage was ample, and overall, it felt like a home away from home. Coordination with the caretaker Inthika was smooth and seamless from start to finish. We truly had a lovely stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting

Modern and spotless apartment with great air conditioning. Pool and gym were excellent. Would definitely recommend, particularly as Uthay was flexible with the check in and also gave us a late check out.

Great place to stay if you want to be immersed in local life and beautiful surroundings. Very peaceful. It was close to several eateries. I went into Colombo and there were two bus stops within walking distance. It took a bit over an hour to go to Colombo fort via bus or about a 35/45min tuk tuk ride. I didn't mind it being far away. It's very close to the airport. The accommodation is incredibly spacious and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the balcony where I would eat some of my meals.

Grateful to have this stay at Havelock City - close to so many helpful shops and food court, amenities, etc., for our final days in the country. The place was a generous size, well maintained, great common spaces and bedrooms, very secure and wonderful location. Highly recommend for a family or small group! Thanks for hosting us!

Loved staying at this beautiful apartment. Will definitely be back. Extremely clean and close to all major locations in Colombo. Has a great gym and pool. Host was very responsive and super helpful.

Nice location - short tuk tuk ride or hot walk to many local sights. Safe guarded complex. Supermarket in apartment complex, pool is large (3 different sizes) with a small playground for kids and views of the Lotus tower, and also a gym on the same floor. inside is spacious, clean and with air cons in the rooms.

We loved staying at Villa Mika! The villa is so luxurious and cosy we felt truly at home!! There are so many nice details we enjoyed like: The morning trip they give us in their Jeep for free to the market. The fully equipped appliances The free breakfast that Priyan prepared for us! Which was really yummy. The pool and jacuzzi ofcourse were fantastic. Only thing that the pool is deep so you need to be careful if you have kids maybe a floaty would help. We definitely would love to come back here in the future! Thanks alot to JC and Natasha for being such great Hosts it was a pleasure to meet them. Also a shout out to Sira the housekeeper he was extremely responsive and friendly.
