Condo holiday rentals in Colombo

I stayed at Sumudu's place with my mother for nearly 4 weeks. we felt right at home. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The complex was secure and had gym and a pool. Sumudu is such a responsive and helpful host. Event hough the apartment complex was right next to a busy street, the apartment was very quiet. There are lot of supermartkets and restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend Sumudu's place to anyone who is looking for a place near Colombo.

we six stayed at this apartment for 10 days. It was amazing, clean, well furnished as well as good responsive host and caretaker(Mr.Thiago). there is no con except a non air-conditioned room which was not mentioned in description clearly. If I visit colombo in future then I'll prefer to stay here again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic Airbnb that I can't recommend highly enough! The location was absolutely perfect—very central and within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. It made exploring the area so convenient. The space itself was impressively clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. There was plenty of room to relax, and the air conditioning was a welcome relief after a long day of sightseeing. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare some meals and enjoy a cozy dining experience. What truly stood out was the host. They were incredibly kind and helpful, always available to answer questions and provide recommendations for local spots. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay. I can't wait to return!

This was the BEST place we stayed at for the entire trip in Sri Lanka, even though other locations were pretty good too. What made it different is the level of attention everything was given. it did not feel like renting out bnb, it is a fully furnished apartment that feels like home. every single thing is well thought out, and nothing lacks. it is simply a piece of heaven and most beautiful. highly recommend to anyone and wish we could have stayed longer. The host family went out of their way to help us around too. They even let us check out later because the flights were in the evening and rode us to the airport. my friend's review was that: - Well furnished apartment, great and considerate host family who make you feel at home - small details are attended to - Value for money and a joy to live in ...to say the least! thank you so much Anuka, Nilan and Janani for giving us a home away from home. We had a lovely stay here. The place was very clean and comfortable, had lots of facilities. The view is also beautiful. There isn’t much to do within walking distance, however we booked here to relax and prepare for our flight quite close to the airport. Dr M was very responsive and an overall great host. I can definitely recommend this place.

我和朋友都很喜歡這個住宿，住宿非常乾淨，地點十分方便。而且很有家的感覺，每一個角落也很乾淨，還有泳池。住了進去，你會不想離開。再者，不論有什麼困難，房東都會很快點覆你。基本上是無可挑剔。如果一定要談及缺點，就是房門一定要鎖上，才可以關門，但其實也完全不構成問題。

Very nice clean and modern apartment. Very secure with cctv… Large smart tv and excellent Wi-Fi. New efficient washing machine Large balconies to catch the breeze are excellent. As was the rooftop chill out area. Secure parking with access via roller shutter and key fob a plus. Close to all amenities, shops supermarkets and nice beach at Mount Lavinia. Housekeeper is great and will help with anything you need .. thank you 🙏 Would definitely recommend

Great place to stay if you want to be immersed in local life and beautiful surroundings. Very peaceful. It was close to several eateries. I went into Colombo and there were two bus stops within walking distance. It took a bit over an hour to go to Colombo fort via bus or about a 35/45min tuk tuk ride. I didn't mind it being far away. It's very close to the airport. The accommodation is incredibly spacious and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the balcony where I would eat some of my meals.

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood within a residential complex filled with friendly families, it offers a peaceful retreat from the city's hustle and bustle. The location is excellent, everything in Colombo is just 10–15 minutes away. The apartment itself has all the essentials for a comfortable stay, but the true highlight is the charming backyard, inviting you to relax and unwind. A special mention goes to the hosts, Dilshan and Sanda, who were always available and incredibly helpful. I had an amazing time and can highly recommend this place!

Absolutely lovely space with gorgeous private gardens. I wish I could’ve stayed longer to enjoy it during the day! Perfect spot close to the airport and cafes, took me 20 mins by tuktuk. Little apartment was perfect and clean, I will be back! Thank you

This place is amazing I stayed 11th floor of same place when it was kingsburry Residences’s. So this is my second visit to platinum one suites. I like the place and location, Mohamed ur staff was amazing. Thank you for late checkout. Thanks a lot and will be back soon.

We love this place. Everything good. We like coconut trees in the estate. The caretaker Damayanthi and her children very helpful beyond our words. They explained everything about Sri Lanka. Everything as described in about this apartment Villa in the Airbnb listing. They allowed us to use upstairs without any additional charges. Caretakers are extremely helpful. That is the highlight of our stay

I recently visited with my family for a peaceful getaway, and it truly exceeded all of our expectations. The property, located near beautiful beaches, offered an incredibly serene atmosphere with stunning views all around. My kids had an unforgettable time in the rooftop infinity pool, and we felt completely at ease knowing the space was safe for them to enjoy on their own. The condo itself was immaculate, organized, and designed with the elegance of a five-star hotel. Additionally, its location just 10 minutes from the airport made it easy for us to settle in quickly and maximize our time exploring Colombo. Without a doubt, this was one of the best decisions I've made in a long time, and we will definitely be returning. The host was exceptional friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful in providing clear instructions and making sure our stay was seamless. Highly recommended!

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at Kanishka airbnb. The location was fantastic with easy rides with PickMe. Kanishka was very responsive and easily sorted out any minor issues that came up. Would love to stay here again in the future

Where to start, what a great host, cozy place, felt serenity and place like more than home. Since i booked n approached her, she was very responsive , allowed early check in. She has decorated each n every item in the apartment with special attention and theme. Right from main door till all rooms, beach theme pillows, wall decoration, special souvenirs from across the world, beach theme kitchen cabinets. The place is just few meters from beach, great views of the sun set and beach around and roof top pool of course is a main attraction.. I am thankful to her for being such a great host I would not even think to go anywhere else next time i am in Colombo .

One of the most convenient features is the Food City located right under the apartment, making it incredibly easy to get any basic necessities without going far. The space is clean, well-maintained, and offers a cozy ambiance that makes you feel right at home.

We had a very enjoyable stay in Colombo. The hosts communicated very well from the initial contact we had with them. They were professional in their services, flexible, the apartment was also very clean and the linen was good quality.

Квартира просторная, чистая, есть белье, посуда, стиральная машина. Горячая вода с перебоями, телевидение во время нашего пребывания работало только первый день, но оно и не нужно было, поэтому не обращались к хозяину. Хозяин всегда на связи, идет на встречу, потребовалось продлить проживание- без проблем продлили. Прямо рядом со входом- отличная кофейня с быстрым бесплатным интернетом. Жилье рекомендуем.
