Einfach traumhaft – beste Airbnb-Unterkunft ever! 🌞 Die Unterkunft war wirklich ein Volltreffer! Die Aussicht wie im Bilderbuch – man konnte sich gar nicht sattsehen. Morgens Kaffee mit See und Stadtblick.? Yes please! ☕ Die Wohnung selbst war super ausgestattet, alles blitzsauber und total gemütlich. Uns hat’s an nichts gefehlt – von der Küche bis zur Terrasse war alles perfekt durchdacht. Das absolute Highlight für unsere Kids (und ehrlich gesagt auch für uns): der mega Pool! 🏊‍♂️ Die 3 haben dort quasi den ganzen Tag verbracht – wir mussten sie abends fast rausfischen 😄 Kurz gesagt: Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Wer hier bucht, macht alles richtig. Wir kommen garantiert wieder – absolute Empfehlung!

The house is in an excellent location, very modern and comfortable, surrounded by nature, well equipped with a superb pool which is the perfect place to cool off after a day in the sun. Very close to Bardolino and Garda, with views of the lake, would highly recommend.

Die Unterkunft war super und die Kommunikation war auch immer Top. Sehr ruhig gelegenes Häuschen- also genau richtig zum abschalten;). Der Pool war klasse und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Alles in allem war es ein toller Urlaub .

Absolutely loved our stay here, such a beautiful house, so pretty and clean. Lovely area, so peaceful. It was lovely to sit outside in the garden around the pool. The sauna was the best part, incredible! The bed was really comfortable. The washing machine wasn’t working so Deborah kindly offered to wash our clothes for us, she was very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Verona ☺️

Stayed here with family and our dogs while visiting Lake Garda. The house and yard were perfect. Everything was clean and comfy and we felt right at home. I would strongly recommend to anyone looking to explore around Garda.

Logement très bien situé (embarcadère à 5 min et gare à 20 min à pied). Piscine parfaite, jardin très agréable. Le logement est fonctionnel et bien équipé, la climatisation est appréciable. Petit bémol pour la proximité de la voie ferrée, mais les trains ne circulent pas la nuit.

Tolle kleine und feine Villa mit allem was man braucht. Ein eingezäunter und großer Garten für den Hund und eine nahe Gassi Runde durch die Natur, auch tolle „local“ Restaurants in Fussläufiger Umgebung. Die Villa ist Architektonisch interessant und sehr ansprechend und hell. Alles ist durchdacht und technisch hochwertig ausgerüstet. Wunderbare Oase mit Pool und allem was man braucht :) Sehr zu empfehlen! Cinzia ist super nett und hat schnell geantwortet! Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Es entsprach alles unseren Wünschen und Anforderungen und hat diese sogar übertroffen. Der Service war super und eindwandrei.

Super schönes, sehr sauberes und modernes Haus, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist gehoben - gut durchdacht und mit Liebe zum Detail. Stefania hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und war gut erreichbar. Wir konnten etwas früher einchecken und hätten sogar auch später auschecken können - ohne zusätzliche Gebühr. Wir waren mit unserem Hund dort und ein komplett eingezäunter Garten wäre perfekt gewesen. Die Lage ist super, ruhig und trotzdem zentral wenn man verschiedene Orte um den Gardasee besuchen möchte. Insgesamt war es toll und wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Fantastic stay, location just as it looks online, clean, spacious and comfortable. Groceries nearby, cycling routes and buses. Beautiful view, definitely would recommend this place!

Abbiamo soggiornato qui due notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo: posizione ottima, appartamento curato, super fornito e molto pulito. Grandissima disponibilità da parte della proprietaria. Torneremo sicuramente!

Eine tolle sehr ruhig gelegene Unterkunft auf dem Land. Nur 10 Minuten Autofahrt vom Strand entfernt. Ideal für Familien oder Ruhe suchende Urlauber. Fern ab des Trubels am See entfernt. Ein Auto ist hier aber sehr zu empfehlen, da man sonst nur schwer wegkommt. Eine wirklich schicke und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Die zuvor gezeigten Bilder haben unsere Erwartung vor Ort mehr als übertroffen und dazu noch ein sehr faires Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Die Gastgeberin ist immer gut erreichbar und gibt hilfreiche Tipps. Ein absolut unkomplizierter CheckIn, sowie ein Privatparkplatz runden den Aufenthalt ab!! Bei den Parkpreisen ist dieser viel Wert.

An outstanding place for vacation. Access to the location is not easy but the hosts get you there with ease and transportation there if needed. The preparation was excellent and communication was great. The property itself is secluded and secure with easy access to the lake and neighboring towns.

Wir waren als Familie (3 Personen) 4 Tage in Francescas Ferienhaus. Es war alles wie beschrieben und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Es ist ein super Ort um zu entspannen. Mit dem Auto ist man in 3 Minuten in der Stadt. Der Whirlpool war gereinigt und alles innen und aussen war sauber. Die Schlafzimmer sind im Untergeschoss, was vorallem an heissen Tagen sehr angenehm ist in der Nacht. Der grosse Garten ist auch perfekt zum spielen für Kinder. Vieln Dank!

Très bel appartement spacieux. Nous avons adoré la chambre du haut avec la terrasse ! Belle cuisine bien équipée et belle salle de bain. L’appartement est proche d’une petite place avec boulangerie et quelques restaurants. Possibilité de prendre le bateau à 15 mn à pieds pour visiter d’autres villages du sud du lac. L’hôte est très réactif. Nous recommandons cet appartement à 100%

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. The view is absolutely stunning . You simply can’t get enough of it! The house is charming and well-kept, and Carlo is a very friendly and kind host. One thing to note: while the listing mentioned a washing machine, it’s not actually inside the villa. Carlo kindly offered washing service, which we appreciated, but I personally found it a bit inconvenient. Having a washing machine in the house would definitely make the stay more comfortable and private. Also, it’s good to know that this is a semi-detached villa, with Carlo living next door. Overall, we really enjoyed our time and would recommend it for a peaceful getaway with breathtaking views.

Siamo stati ospiti allo chalet di Adamo solo per qualche giorno ma è stata un'esperienza indimenticabile. La casa è ben tenuta sia all'interno che all'esterno, con tutti i comfort e ben attrezzata. Anche Fara, la nostra bimba pelosa, si è subito ambientata ed ha apprezzato soprattutto l'area esterna che circonda tutta la casa. Marco è stato sempre disponibile e ci ha fornito anche valide indicazioni riguardo i vari percorsi da fare in zona. Abbiamo avuto anche il piacere di fare la conoscenza di Adamo che ha gradito le nostre insalate. Ci ritorneremo volentieri

It was a lovely place to stay, so close to the Lake with a choice of 4 different places to eat very close by. The house was perfect for 5 of us, a bathroom for each couple. Very well equipped kitchen, nice modern feel to the house. Rachele always responded to any questions very quickly and did everything to accommodate us. I would definitely recommend this house.

Wir fahren sehr zufrieden, haben uns wohlgefühlt, toller Blick, alles wie beschrieben.

We loved staying here and would definitely go again! We were two families with a toddler and a baby. The garden was the best part and we spent most of the time outdoors. There’s also enough shadowy play area for kids, and great sun chairs and garden furniture. The house was perfectly clean and tidy, there’s AC, and the shutters in the windows guaranteed a good night’s sleep. It’s worth noting for a bigger group that there’s only one double bed. The kitchen was well equipped but we only used it for breakfast and snacks, with so many restaurants within a short driving distance. You do need a car or a bicycle though. Walking to the lake took us good 30 mins (with kids). The road close by is pretty busy and not very nice to walk along (there is a side walk though). You can hear the traffic at the house. On the other hand, it’s a very convenient location to arrive from the highway, and easy to find with great instructions and flexible check-in & -out . A great location for race biking too!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus am Gardasee! Die Lage ist traumhaft – ruhig gelegen, mit einem fantastischen Blick von der Dachterrasse auf den See. Man ist schnell am See ca. 4 Minuten zu Fuss. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den gepflegten Pool . Ob morgens zum Wachwerden oder abends zum Entspannen: Der Pool war für uns das Highlight der Anlage. Es waren 4 Sonnenliegen und 4 Stühle + Sonnenschirm für den privaten Aufenthalt bestimmt. Das Haus selbst ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Küche bietet alles, was man braucht, und auch sonst haben wir nichts vermisst. Ein kleiner Punkt, der Geschmacksache ist: Die Matratze war für unseren Rücken etwas zu weich, aber das ist natürlich individuell verschieden. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und bei Fragen gut erreichbar. Insgesamt ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank

We were a party of Five adults (All family) who stayed there for a week and the apartment was perfect for location to all the local amenities (Shops, Bars, Restaurants, Beach Lido and Ferries) the Train Station is at the top of the town so a 10 min walk or a few mins in a Taxi The apartment was spotlessly clean and very modern. Its on the second, third and forth floors so a few stairs on entry but not an issue for anyone with modest health. The entry floor has the kitchen, bathroom and a double bedroom, the next floor up has two double bedrooms and another bathroom and finally the top floor has a small living room with TV, a small south facing balcony (very handy for drying washing) and a further bathroom Its quite clear that this apartment is maintained to a very high quality and Luca the Host cannot be more helpful and Desenzano is a stunningly beautiful lake town If you want to visit Lake Garda pick this apartment to stay at

Wir waren 6 Erwachsene, 1 Kleinkind und ein Baby. Da unser Kinder nich im Reisebett schlafen hat uns Guisi noch dass Sofa ausgezogen und ein Einzelbett zur Verfügung gestellt, sodass wir wählen konnte wo es am geschicktesten ist zu schlafen mit den Kids. Das war super lieb! Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig, perfekt mit einer Terrasse und etwas Grünfläche. Unsre 2 Jährige war nur draußen am Ballspielen und toben und da alles abgegrenzt war durch Büsche konnte man sie ruhigen Gewissens laufen lassen. Die Küche war gut eingestattet. Wenn man was zu verbessern finden möchte dann dass es nur eine Müslischüssel gibt und bei den bunten Gläsern die Farbe abblättert. Aber das ist natürlich halb so wild. Guisi kam uns mit dem CheckIn sehr entgegen. Wir kamen um 9 Uhr morgens an und konnten direkt rein, da das Haus schon frei war. So konnten wir noch etwas schlafen und entspannt in den Urlaub starten :) Wir haben uns Mega wohl gefühlt, super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir kommen wieder :)

This was such a wonderful place to stay! Marisa and Fabio were super responsive to every need we had, and the house was squeaky clean. We loved the location. Close enough to Lake Garda, so we visited a few cities on the lake on one day. It's about 30 minutes from Verona, so we spent one day there. (We did a free walking tour and highly recommend that!) And on our third day, we drove to Bolzano and Merano to be in the mountains - a very different experience from the area near Garda. This Airbnb has heart, and you can tell that Marisa and Fabio take pride in what they've built. So much thought went into every detail of decor, the wood and natural stone... everything, really... I consider it an honor that they shared it with us.
