Condo holiday rentals in Cologno Monzese

We've spent 5 nights at Max's place, and since day one he and his wife were very attentive not only to the place but us. From car rides from the station, to drives to Monza, walked us through places and recommended places to visit and made himself available to help us and was overall very friendly. We'd recommend you to stay at this beautiful spot, it is very peaceful and calm, easy access to the Cologno Nord station. It was a great stay overall, would definitely come back.

At Antonio's place we felt at home. Everything was very clean and we had all the necessary utensils. We appreciate the welcome gifts you left us. If we went back to Milan, we'd stay in this apartment again.

I had such a lovely 5-night stay in this beautiful apartment. The space is bright, spacious and thoughtfully designed, stylish yet super cozy and it instantly felt like home. The location is convenient too, just a 5 to 7-minute walk from Cologno Sud station, with a direct Line 2 Metro that gets you to Milan Centrale in about 15 minutes. It had everything I needed - an AC, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, a comfy bed, a relaxing living area, all in a open space. And the private terrace on the rooftop? Absolutely amazing! It was the perfect spot to chill out and recharge after a long day exploring Milan. Everything was spotless and so well put together, which made the whole stay feel wonderful. Cristina was such a wonderful host - kind, responsive and attentive to every little detail. I genuinely didn’t want to leave and would come back in a heartbeat. Everything was perfect! Very clean, well located. We had to extend our check out and Gaia was very understanding and helped us! I really like it! When I get back to Milano I'll stay again!!

We had a very nice stay at Anna’s apartment. It felt right at home, very cozy thoughtful design, nice atmosphere and energy, cozy lighting, many interesting magazines, beautiful terrace where we had our morning coffee. Nicely located and private, quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended to stay here, we’ll be happy to come back there :) ☺️✨

The property is exactly as shown in the photos, nice, comfortable, clean and complete, in addition to the availability of the owner to change the check-in and check-out times to suit my needs. Everything was perfect and the owner was helpful and friendly. Highly recommended, great value for money. Quiet area but close to the metro for convenient travel.

We had a beautiful stay at the apartment from Giancarlo. It was clean, cozy and nicely furnished. It was wonderfully air-conditioned and the balcony invited to relax in the evening. Spectacular, spacious, bright, comfortable, well located 200 meters from the subway to the Duomo, which arrives in 20 minutes. Angelo was always available for whatever I needed. Don't spend more in Milan. I recommend it 100%. Street parking is easy to find

My partner and I were only there for 1 night and we both agreed we wish we stayed longer. The place was in a perfect area, very close to the main train station and a 1 minute walk to the metro line which takes you straight to the Duomo and other lines in Milan. The Host was very responsive, accommodating, and had great communication prior to check in as well as day of. He even included a video on where the place is and how to get in which was a very nice touch and helpful for a smooth check in. Would recommend this place to anyone staying in Milan. The place had all the amenities we would need, perfect size, clean, as well as safe and secure. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Francesca was amazing. Super helpful with everything. She met us at the apartment when we checked in, showed us into the building and where everything was in the apartment. She said we could use everything in the cupboards and fridge if we wished! It is located right in the heart of the lively Navigli area which has some great restaurants and bars. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

The apartment in Milan was absolutely beautiful – modern, spotlessly clean, and perfectly connected, making it easy and quick to get anywhere in the city. Angela and Carlo were wonderful hosts who gave us a warm welcome and helped with everything we needed. It was a truly great experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Milan!

The house was finely furnished, very clean and tidy. Super responsive host and ready to help provide info. Quiet place and not far from the stadium (reachable by metro) Recommended!!

Friendly and helpful Paola was the perfect hostess. My sister and I were looking for peace and relaxation, and we really got it while sitting on the balcony of the apartment, surrounded by greenery and beauty, enjoying the magical evening sun. There is a lot to see and experience in the area. We returned home relaxed, with wonderful memories.

pros of the place: clean house, parking garage, peaceful location, welcome goodie bag, clean sheets and towels, air conditioner, washing machine, dishwasher, full kitchenette. cons: too many keys to manage...maybe keep them in the car. overall i would say good for a couple with baby.

The accommodation is located above the village and thus has a great view of Lake Como. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Unfortunately, there is no air conditioning but a fan is available and although we had 30 degrees during the day, you could ventilate well in the evening and sleep well. The pool is large and surrounded by a lot of meadow. We travelled with a child and were able to relax well.

Serena's apartment was wonderful. The hot tub was relaxing and very clean. She answered all my questions quickly. I would stay there again.

The communication was perfect, Davide always responded super quickly and gave very detailed, helpful instructions. The flat was lovely, just perfect for two people. The flat is not located in a busy, buzzing place, like other some of the towns in Lake Como but we preferred that. We could walk to the ferry in Urio or Moltrasio and get around easily. Some gorgeous restaurants close by. Thank you Davide and Benedicta, we'd lvoe to come back one day :).

This is easily one of our favourite stays we’ve ever had. Galit and Daniel were so helpful the entire time and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Check in and check out were both flexible and smooth. The apartment is nothing short of incredible. It’s beautifully designed and located in the most amazing part of the lake - Nesso. Nesso is pure magic. The apartment is located in a hidden oasis with a private pool only for residents that has incredible views of the lake. Couldn’t recommend this place highly enough :)
