Monthly Rentals in Colmar

Very friendly accommodating landlord, responded quickly to messages. Surroundings and neighborhood were very quiet. Very nice modern furnished apartment in an old Colmar house near the Place de la Cathédrale, so you could hear the bells of St Martinskirche. You could cook a hot meal a day. The stove & oven worked great. Kitchen was very well equipped. Wifi was always available. Brochures to attractions were available there. Sights, but also supermarkets can be reached on foot within a short time. Great apartment, also highly recommended for a longer stay!

We had never felt so welcomed before. David was very attentive and even caring, I would say. I strongly recommend his house because he truly knows how to host. He was simply spectacular!

This is a comfortable apartment in a great location for exploring Colmar on foot. The entrance is a little bit of a challenge because it is on a street with no parking, but there is good parking down the street provided for free. It should also be noted that there are very steep stairs from the first to the second floor, where bedrooms are located. The living room, kitchen, and dining area are well equipped and we had everything we needed. We loved our stay.

We had a fabulous stay at Étiennes place. He gave us great directions to his place and met us there. He was so friendly and helpful. He showed us everything we needed at the home and answered all our questions. The place is warm and cosy. The bed was comfy. The place was immaculate. It’s close to the train station. It took us about 10-15 mins to walk and it’s seconds away from one of the beautiful main streets with a lot of shops. There is a supermarket not far away. It’s a fabulous location. It is also on a very quiet street. The building has a lift so it’s easy for your bags. I would highly recommend this place and I would be very happy to go back. Thanks Étienne.
