the location of the small house is perfect for making all types of excursions. It is small, but has everything needed. there is a lot of nice details, like the bedlinen, the fragrances and the kitchen utensils.

What a special place! The house is fully equipped, particularly the kitchen and the living room have all amenities you could imagine. The view is incredible, the outdoor space is gorgeous, the plants are very well kept and the terrace is very spacious. Very clean indoors and outdoors! We enjoyed the projector with the Dolby surround system on the rainy days. There were not many options to eat out or buy groceries/bread within walking distance, so some driving is needed. Marc was also very helpful and fast to respond when we had some issues with the home automation. Overall a wonderful place we hope to come back to again.

Aurélie knew how to make a little corner of paradise, charming, decorated with great taste, extremely clean and equipped with lots of details making the stay perfect! The place is peaceful, the little jacuzzi corner is very popular! Aurélie was very available and responsive. If the opportunity arises, we will return with great joy!

After a few hustling days in Nice, exactly what we were looking for. A great house with a fantastic pool in a beautiful setting. During the day we could relax well, barbecue something delicious and in the evening we visited St. Tropez. Karine has an excellent taste and the house both lovingly furnished and everything great and tastefully decorated... you immediately felt at home. There is a beautiful beach within walking distance, be sure to bring the bikes to explore the area. Great bike paths along the coast. Karine sent valuable restaurant tips right after arrival. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

The new house was very tasteful and decorated in special design. We enjoyed it very much and absolutely met our taste. The kitchen equipment is still a bit expandable for a busy and good cook. But the necessary equipment was brought immediately. Communication with Deborah and her mother was very quick and straightforward. The TV Samsung Frame does not offer a German TV program. At least we didn't make it. After returning to the house, which is located on a very large property, the in-house 3 sheep and the 3 ducks greeted us happily. The village of La Mole is a 10-minute walk away and has 3 restaurants, a cafe, a small minor supermarket, but a good boulangerie. Port Grimaud, Gassin and the coast can be reached quickly in about 30 minutes. The landscape with its pine forests is beautiful! We'll be happy to come back. Merci Deborah pour le￥able sejour.

We had an exceptional stay! Virginie and her husband were very attentive... Small (big) touches on arrival, pastries one fine morning… not to mention everything the house already offered us! The house is exactly what we were looking for. It is a very quiet place but close to everything, with all the necessary amenities and more! I highly recommend and thank the hosts again for their kindness and sense of hospitality!

Antoine’s home was spectacular in person. Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed the space, pool and location. What a fantastic spot! We stayed at this enchanting villa for 2 weeks, it exceeds all expectations! A dream! The communication was super friendly, quick and helpful, check-in is easy, the location is quiet and the view and the house are simply phenomenal. Amazing place to stay - beautiful house and garden, very clean with lots of things to do. Very clean and well maintained - few minutes walk to a lovely little town with nice restaurabts and close to the sea. Communication with the hosts was super easy, definitely recommend!

A big thank you to David for his hospitality! Very smiling, available and accommodating host. We were able to arrive earlier than expected, which was really appreciated. The accommodation was perfectly clean when we arrived and everything was great. For every little need, a simple message was enough and David responded in the minutes that followed (always within reason, of course😊). The accommodation is well insulated from noise, ideal for small evenings with friends in peace. We also really enjoyed the quiet and peaceful setting, perfect for relaxing and a change of scenery. The cottage was simply wonderful, nestled in a magnificent garden that was assigned to the accommodation alone. Above in the sloping terrain was the house of the hosts with an equally wonderful garden and pool, which I liked to use, wonderful! The hosts André and Gilli are a super nice couple and great hosts. They literally read the wishes from the lips. Would love to go back anytime!

We spent a wonderful vacation in this house. The house itself is exactly like the photos on the website. Everything is clean and brand new. The air conditioners in all rooms were very pleasant with their coolness in the middle of August, when it was very hot outside. We spent wonderful evenings on the terrace and every evening a small guest came to us. A hedgehog. Google helped us determine what is safe to feed hedgehogs and we fed him every evening. The children were simply delighted. It is obvious that the owners really tried to make the guests' stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Convenient location, 10 minutes' walk to the city center. The sea is also not far away by car. It is convenient that there is a small supermarket and a wonderful bakery nearby, and a little further (10 minutes' walk) a large supermarket. I would like to separately note the attention of Sabrina. She is wonderful. It is very pleasant to communicate with her and she is ready to help with any question

Evan's apartment is super well located, in the port of Hyeres. There are many bakeries and restaurants at the foot of the building. The car park is perfect for parking the car and forgetting about it. We took the bus to catch the boat to Porquerolles at La Tour Fondue. The apartment is new, super clean, very well thought out and tastefully decorated. Evan is responsive and his instructions are clear. We'll be back with pleasure and recommend!!

Very nice hospitality from hosts. The accommodation is very good, clean, modern, well appointed and well-equipped. The location is quiet. We had a lovely stay despite the somewhat capricious weather. Saint Tropez and the Giens Peninsula are close by. A good location for visiting the area. We would recommend this listing.
