The house, independent and arranged on two levels, is surrounded by a large garden equipped for the relaxation and enjoyment of your four-legged friend. Far from the chaos of the city, here you can rediscover the slow rhythms of nature on the slopes of the Simbruini Mountains Natural Park, while remaining only 10 km from the A24 motorway.

Casa Vetus

Casa Vetus is one of the most historic medieval buildings in Tivoli, dating back to the 13th century. Renovated inside maintaining those ancient and characteristic features such as the wooden ceilings and the Gothic arches and with its simple style, make it a welcoming and charming residence in the heart of the historic center of Tivoli. Located in a strategic point of Tivoli, a few minutes walk from all the tourist attractions, close to the main services and away from the chaos of the city.

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.
