Holiday rentals with a patio in Colli di Fontanelle

Loved our stay at Ermelinda’s beautiful place. The balcony has the greatest view and you can see the stunning sunset on the coast. Maiori is a smaller town on the Amalfi Coast which was perfect for our little family as it was not as crowded as staying in Amalfi itself. Day trips out to Amalfi and Positano was convenient as the bus stops are nearby. Large supermarket nearby too! Ermelinda was wonderful as a host and we wish her the very best on her endeavours!

There were four of us in this beautiful Airbnb. The beauty of the apartment exceeded our expectations. Carmen and Serena are wonderful hosts and always had an open ear for us. The boat trip with Ivan suggested by Serena was also a highlight of our holiday. The large roof terrace was a welcome meeting place for us for breakfast and sundowners. All in all, a wonderful apartment. A perfect 10/10 for the great hosts. What you should have is either a car or a scooter. We had both and were able to reach everything important. We'll be back!!

Amazing stay at Antonellla’s! I’m already planning my trip back next year!

La Casarella was one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed. The view was absolutely breathtaking and Ravello was a gorgeous. Sara our host was lovely and so helpful recommending restaurants and helping us with scooter hire and transfers, she couldn’t have been more helpful. We will be booking every year if possible - my new favourite place!

Luca is amazing! Beautiful palazzo with pristine apartment. Very safe building with easy access. Next to a grocery store. Wi-Fi is very reliable and air conditioned apartment was great. Highly recommend!!

We highly recommend staying at this tranquil, comfortable home. The place itself is beautiful, peaceful, extremely comfortable and clean but also has the feeling of a home. The private courtyard outside is stunning and leaves you with the impression of stumbling upon an absolute gem. The location is very walkable to many restaurants, the beach; the train station, buses etc and makes the home and amazing travel base. Our hosts also went above and beyond to make sure we arrived safely, provided amazing recommendations to assist with our experience and responded very quickly to any questions. Overall we had an amazing stay at Casa Tita, we would highly recommend to anyone. we were provided with everything we needed, the space was a beautiful getaway destination and we’re so happy that we stayed. Antonello’s place was pristine and polished! I felt like I walked into a scene from Bridgerton! It was bright and beautiful. My host was helpful with my luggage up and down the many stairs which I thought was first class service. The street is bustling with activity! You can sit on the patio and enjoy a cup of coffee or just people watch. The place is spotless and timeless. It has everything you need to stay a few days or a week! There are markets and restaurants and shops all within walking distance. Not to mention the train and bus stop are both only steps away! Sooo convenient ! Antonello knows everything about the city and is willing to assist with setting up excursions. I recommend this beautiful spot and I look forward to returning on my next visit!

The place is great in general. The host and the check in staff is very responsive and friendly. Enough privacy and very clean, like living in a hotel. Just one minor point is that it will be quite tired to walk from the station to the place if you are with your luggage. The sidewalk is quite narrow and rough, creating bumps. But it is fine if you are walking without luggage, around 10 minutes walk from train station, great to save money if you do not want to live in the busy sorrento area but travelling there.

Very clean space and a great location. Host was very responsive and gave clear instructions. Also gave great recommendations for things to do in and around the area.

We had an incredible stay at Alessia’s beautiful home in Torca! The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the house itself was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable. The air conditioning was a huge plus during the hot days, and we loved relaxing in the hot tub after long outings. Just a heads-up: you’ll definitely need a car to get here, and the roads are very narrow—so a small vehicle is best. There are some steps to reach the home, but trust me, the view is 100% worth it. Alessia was a great host, and we’d happily stay here again!

The location is pristine! Absolutely beautiful, modern and clean while great character and design. We would stay there again! Martina was great, communicative and provided snacks at the hotel for us. She even remembered we were going on our anniversary and got us some limoncello. So sweet of her!

The unit offers breathtaking panoramic views. Simona & Alessio are great! We drove in from Rome and they saved a car space for us and helped us with our luggage. They are great communicators. Provided all the extras to make the stay comfortable. They provided Champaign on check in, vegetable's at our door and a cute bottle of lemon cello upon our last day. BE AWARE: In the description it says 200 steps. If you are from the US and other areas its better described as stairs, not steps. The stairs are 200 to the bus stop and another 50 to the two restaurants. And then a steep 200 or 250 back up to the unit. I would say on a given day we did between 1000 and 1500 stairs to and from the unit. I only put this in because there is a difference in steps and stairs and if you have knee or physical issues this may not be the unit for you.

This place is amazing such a beautiful property and breathtaking views Irina was the most amazing host such a wonderful lady with a beautiful family. She made us feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble. We had the best time. This is my second time staying at Giovanni’s and I have to say it is one of the best views in positano in my opinion. It is certainly a hike to get up to the property but if you’re in reasonable shape it is fine and the views make it worth it alone. Highly recommend to anybody interested in staying here!

We stayed for a week at Antonino‘s place. It was extremely comfortable and well placed for local attractions in a small town that itself was not too busy but was well serviced with lovely restaurants and gelato and a very good supermarket. Antonino himself was always available with good advice and tips of things to do in the area and helpful tips about bus transport. I would highly recommend this Airbnb. It’s one of the nicest that we have stayed in, we were two people and it was a perfect size for us. Beautiful views and a sweet little table and chairs to have breakfast outside. Bellisimo

The apartment was super nice and clean. The location was perfect for experiencing the city and Corrado was the best host we’ve ever had. He was super friendly and responsive, gave many recommendations for what to do and where to eat. At checkout he helped us book a taxi in advance which made our leave very easy and comfortable.

The place looked exactly as described and was very clean, plus the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. It was walking distance from the bus station, the train station, and the beach, which made it very easy to get around. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Stefano’s apartment is a real gem 💎 It’s beautifully decorated, clean, have all the amenities you need for a visit and is surrounded by lovely neighbours. The location is also perfect, as it provides an escape from the beautiful centre whilst being a great central point for various activities and getting around the city. Stefano was also an excellent host and provided very detailed information on check in (made it easy to find the flat), recommendations for the area and was always available if we needed anything. Would highly recommend staying here if visiting Napoli - thanks again Stefano 🇮🇹😊

Giovanni’s house is the place to stay in Napoli! Central location close to everything, you can walk to the port and take ferries to Capri or anywhere on the amalfi coast. Giovanni is the best host, he checked on us everyday to see if we needed something, he’s a super host!

We had an incredible stay—absolutely 5 stars! The views from the flat were breathtaking, and the space itself was far more spacious and charming than any other place we stayed during our trip to Italy. It felt like a true gem. The market and breakfast spot just outside the flat made our mornings so easy and enjoyable. While it’s definitely a bit of a trek to get to the Amalfi Coast, we highly recommend hiring a car or taxi directly from the train station or airport to the flat—it’s well worth it once you arrive. Praiano is the perfect spot if you’re looking to stay away from the tourist crowds while still having access to all the coastal magic. Kasai, just down the road, served the most amazing dinner—don’t miss it! Angelo, our local taxi driver (his number given to us by Federica), was incredibly helpful getting us to and from nearby towns. And the bus stop right outside the flat was a super convenient option for getting around as well. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Fabrizio’s stay is amazing. The bedroom and bathroom is very clean, with everything needed inside. I forgot to bring my hairdryer luckily there is one in the bathroom ! From check in until we left , fabrizio tried his best to answer all the questions we have. He even helped us to call a taxi to the airport when we left because we couldn’t get one on our own. Amazing house and owner !! 🥰

We had a wonderful stay at Chiara’s place! It was beautiful and the view was unmatched! Highly recommend!
