Monthly Rentals in Ribadesella

Recently renovated, comfortable and clean accommodation. Central and very well communicated. Commercial environment with daytime activity, quiet at night. Alba was very attentive and everything was easy, both check-in and when leaving the apartment. Quick to respond and friendly. We followed his recommendations to the letter and everything was perfect. As it is a pedestrian area, you can park nearby both on the quay and on the upper ring road. It does not have an elevator. Full linens. There is no dishwasher. For a family visit to Ribadesella, this apartment is highly recommended. Thank you for your kind.

The house was just perfect. In a green, peaceful location but at the same time close to the town of Ribadesella and a good base to explore west (Gijón, Oviedo), south (Cangas de Onis, Picos) and east (San Vicente, Comillas). We spent all our evenings outside. Juan Manuel was a great host, very responsive. He awaited us right on time at the designated meeting point. Although the last 100 metres of the entry way to the house seemed challenging at first, it was fine once we got used to it. If anything, it would have been good to have a dishwasher and a few more cups and glasses, but that is all really. It was really a great place to stay

A lovely apartment in a beautiful town. Isabel was a wonderful host, facilitating an earlier check-in and responding to messages very quickly. There were no issues with the appartment though I (incorrectly) thought one of the showers was broken. Isabel very kindly came round immediately to show us how it worked. Couldn't recommend the property and town highly enough!

The room was very clean, it had utensils of all kinds, the bed and mattress were very comfortable, and there was a parking area right at the door of the house. Close to the center, if I have to say one thing, I'll say that to get home there is a hill, but it's easy to get there. Super friendly and helpful hostess. I recommend it to everyone.
