Monthly Rentals in Collemeto

We stayed there for a month. The house was very large with windows and balconies on both sides of the house so you see the sunrise and sunset everyday. There's a smaller terrace in the back and a larger one in front. There isn't any grass in those terrace areas, if you have a dog, but there is a park just across the street, which even has a dogpark. Everything in the house was in good condition and modern. Grocery stores are just a few minutes walk away and the seaside is about 10 minutes drive. It's also one of the quietest areas in town, so if you're staying in Nardo and want a little more peace and quiet, this is a good place for you. There's public parking spots directly in front of the house, and nearly every time there were free spots, so it's not an issue finding parking. The only issue for us was the internet works well downstairs but can be a little weak in the rooms upstairs or on the terraces. Something to keep in mind if you're working from there. The pictures on Airbnb are hardly able to accurately describe the apartment. The apartment is even more magnificent in real life. The apartment is spacious and very impressive. The huge roof terrace is a highlight. The living rooms and bedrooms are good and furnished with plenty of cupboards and storage space. The kitchen is equipped with all imaginable appliances. Nothing is missing. We have already had many good holiday apartments. This apartment surpasses all and is absolutely top class. The host is extremely helpful. He kept asking if everything was okay. He made suggestions for activities and excursions, as well as for the catering. He was always approachable and responded to inquiries within a very short time. The apartment and the host are recommended without restrictions.

Lovely place with a great host. Everything was as described. Some small things needed Cosimo’s attention and he responded and communicated excellently. A very nice stay and host indeed.
