Holiday rentals with a patio in College Hill, Providence

perfect place in the middle of a whole variety of things. ian is very helpful with the area and all its attractions. the apartment itself is kept very clean and stocked. perfect for a weekend trip for 2 and with a variety of bars and restaurants within walking distance definitely a solid stay.

Great location and cozy space

I grew up in Warren RI so I’m very familiar with this small town. The town has a lot of character, with an artsy vibe. Warren is very walkable. The East Bay Bike path is just down the road from Vlad’s place which is perfect; I enjoy starting my day walking, biking, etc... Like me, Warren has grown up, there are some fabulous restaurants, some new and some old. Honestly, I visit Crossroads Pub every time I’m back in town, I used to go there as a “kid”. If you like beer, walk to the Guild Brewing Company, right on the water, not five minutes away. If you want to head out of the area, it’s only about forty minutes to Newport or Providence. Vlad’s place is in a great location to venture out from and a comfortable place to come back to at the end of the day. I enjoyed my stay, Vlad was a great host and will return some day.

Truly one of the best experiences we’ve ever had at an Airbnb. The host was lovely, kind and easy to communicate with. The place was comfortable, clean and had amazing perks like a wonderful concierge, easy garage parking, prime location, private indoor pool and gym and access to so much in the area like Amtrak (across the street!). We will definitely be back :)

Such an amazing location! Walking distance to downtown Warren which is full of wonderful spots to eat and shops to check out. The apartment was cozy and perfect for 2 adults and 2 well behaved dogs. Bobby was wonderful. Super friendly, flexible when plans and dates changed, and an animal-lover which is a plus in our book! =) We will absolutely stay again next time we're in the area.

While my trip itself wasn't all too great the AirBnb was very nice. Spacious and had everything you could need. Described as a 'work in progress' but seemed rather well put together to me. The nature and style of the house reminds me of when I used to stay often in Savannah, GA. Everything was close and plenty walkable and Micheal was never not helpful. Friendly, concise and made sure everything was clear. Probably best bang for your buck in the area if I had to say, I would highly suggest to anyone looking to visit Providence.

Wonderful stay at Jaynes beautiful home. Description and photos were accurate and the home provided all the essentials we needed. House was clean and beds we’re comfortable. Upstairs tenants were so friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again.

I have stayed in many AirBnB's when I have been visiting my daughter at Brown. it is just me and sometimes my daughter sleeps over. I like a well organized place with clear instructions and everything in its place. This unit was perfect. Completely new remodel and great location. Cozy and well organized. Full Five Stars!

We absolutely loved this home! There were 9 adults who stayed in the home for three nights and there was plenty of space for all of us! We spent most of our time out and about however the evenings we spent in the living room playing games and listening to music. There was ample space for us all to hang out and relax! The hind itself is adorable, clean, and well maintained. We would absolutely stay in this home again in the future!

Ashley’s place was beautiful. Clean, well decorated and the views were incredible. We rented this for my sister who had a wedding in EG and it’s very close to town and the airport. I would highly recommend.

Lena was a great host! She provided great recommendations before our stay and answered any questions! This home was perfect for my sister’s bachelorette trip! A quick 15-20 min ride to Newport to enjoy the town was awesome! It’s also only 5 minutes away from Rail Explorers which was a great activity! Lena’s home felt like a home away from home and was fully stocked! The beds were super comfortable! Absolutely no complaints! Would totally stay again if given the opportunity! Thank you so much!

Rachael’s space was a perfect place for my family of 5 to enjoy the area around providence. The home was clean and well stocked with everything we could need. We felt safe and comfortable our entire stay. We enjoyed the hot tub and the easy access into the beautiful Rodger Willam’s park. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Comfortable house with nice layout downstairs. Beautiful view. Love the 2 decks and water front space. Very peaceful to drink coffee in the AM looking at the water. Rooms were spacious. Beds comfortable. Nice quiet neighborhood. Lucy quickly responds to questions.

The house is beautiful, with a fully stocked and clean kitchen. The back yard is large and the house has yard games. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The beds are very comfortable and bathrooms are perfect. Our family had a fun a relaxing week. Peter, our host had great suggestions for dinner and groceries. Close to many activities. We shopped, hiked, played games, walked the neighborhood, and relaxed in the house. Great week!

Wonderful stay for our family, peaceful but great proximity to the cape and Boston. Tiverton had plenty to do on days we wanted to stay home. Macy has the house stocked with everything we needed and then some. We look forward to returning!

This was a family vacation get together and it was truly perfect. The house was very cozy and spacious for my family and has a great size deck for family grilling and hanging out. The location was exactly as described. It used to be close to the marina of Bristol and the cute town. My family enjoyed the walks, ice cream and local restaurants nearby. It was also not too far from Newport, which we took full advantage to go and come back at a timely matter. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with my family and I.

Such a cute place to stay! Walkable to downtown as well as Brown University. Plenty of local restaurants nearby. The property was clean and beautiful. As others mentioned, we could hear the renters upstairs, but this should be expected for any similar home. It had so much character. We loved it! Highly recommend and would definitely rent again if back in the area. Almost forgot to mention the amazing shower! Fellow women with different types of showers, this is the everything shower DREAM! But don’t want to wash your hair? There are 3 shower heads so you can avoid the waterfall shower head. Legit using this shower as inspiration for our bathroom remodel we were already planning!

Had a very pleasant short stay here visiting relatives for Easter. Would stay again and recommend.

Our stay was perfect. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The building and neighborhood was picturesque and a very easy walk to the Brown University Campus. The amenities were everything we’d hoped from a well equipped kitchen, to great spaces to relax. There were lots of clean towels and blankets. We would love to stay here every time we visit the area.

Great place! Top floor of an old Providence home. Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, really great location. Lots of light and lovely. Fyi, there's no patio with the apartment but there's a couryard next to the parking area that seems free to sit in.

My friends and I had a great time staying here! It is in a safe neighborhood and is very walkable to some cool restaurants close by and is 15-20 minutes to get into the downtown area. The condo was very clean and comfortable.

We had a lovely stay at Charles’ place. The kitchen was well equipped, beds cozy and the hot tub so much fun. Charles’ place provided the perfect home away from home for my family. I loved being back in Bristol!! The house is centrally located to town which I also loved.
