Home away from Home ❤️ loved the town that was walkable to everything. After two busy days in Rome, my husband and I enjoy walking to wineries, finding hidden churches and eating at the wonderful local restaurants. This Airbnb is a true gem ! Grazie- The Mixon Family

We had an absolutely amazing time at Daniela’s place - it was clean, had stunning views and was quick access to Pisa, Florence & Siena. Beautiful pool and lovely terrace with amazing views and sunsets. The kitchen also had everything we needed, including local olive oil and pasta & local wine as a welcoming gift. Daniela went above and beyond providing us with lilos and a pump for the pool too. Overall, 10/10 stay!

We spent an amazing six days at the property and loved our stay. The check in was very smooth and Fede met us on arrival and explained everything to us very clearly. Ale took over for the rest of our stay and could not have been more attentive. He helped organise a wine tasting for us and also arranged to have a chef come to the house to give us a cooking lesson and eat a delicious traditional Tuscan meal. One of our cars would not start one day and Ale even offered to take a leave of absence from work to try and come and help. He really went above and beyond to help with recommendations of places to visit, local restaurants etc. We loved the terrace area for enjoying breakfast and lunch and found the beds very comfortable. The living area was also nice and cool despite the high temperatures. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family. Altogether a great holiday in a beautiful part of the country.

This place is absolutely stunning! Alessandro is the most amazing host- very flexible with our late check in and early leaving time- even brought us a cappuccino at 3:30am before we left! Couldn’t recommend more- we will definitely be back- thank you for the most amazing stay!

Béatrice est la meilleure hôtesse Airbnb avec qui nous ayons eu l’occasion de faire affaire à ce jour. En plus de sont EXTRÈME générosité tant au niveau de ses recommandations, de ses explications et du soucis de notre bien-être, le logement était exactement ce que nous recherchions pour vivre notre expérience toscane. Il est très bien situé, à distance de marche de San Giminiamo à travers les vignobles et le décor enchanteur. Être chez les ancêtres de Béatrice a aussi contribué à nous faire vivre une expérience unique. Le lieu rempli de d’objets antiques nous a plongé dans une vie toscane rythmée par l’agriculture et la culture du pays. Le lieu invitait réellement à la détente: parfait pour y vivre le scénario rêvé sous Le Soleil de la Toscane. Mon rêve serait d’y retourner un jour avec mes parents pour avoir la chance de partager ce bijou de lieu.

Perfect location - could not select a more beautiful setting. Il Paluffo manages to feel luxurious and green as well as rustic with modern comforts all at the same time. The location is stunning - pictures do not do it justice. Il Paluffo is tastefully decorated, intimate with lots of amenities, and unique offerings. There was a cooking class offered while we were there! This is a truly unique and magical place, the perfect Tuscany experience.

This place is something else! The views, the pool, the houses, the interior - it’s something else. We stayed with our 18 month old and had such a happy time - surrounded by nature in such gorgeous accommodation and a kiddy kitchen / toys which were perfect for Otis. It’s simply beautiful and Martina is so helpful - highly recommend with a family or groups of friends for a zen and unique time. Close to lots of gorgeous places and Martina has wonderful recommendations. Only watch out is the 2km dirt track road to get to the location but it’s 100% worth it and quite fun! Enjoy - we can’t wait to come back :)

The house is located on Chianti which views to vineyard and olive yard, the most beautiful view for an airbnb. Everything is fully furnished, a lot of welcome foods and drinks. The hosts give clearly instruction and very responsive. It was a wonderful time spending our holiday there.

Sara è stata super disponibile ad accoglierci in orari differenti essendo un gruppo di 7 persone con arrivi diversi in appartamento. Pulizia al top e bellissima la piscina con il giardino super curato . La posizione è ottima per visitare i borghi più belli della Toscana !

This estate is a dream—life changing in all the best ways. From the jasmine-scented gardens and sweeping views of Siena to the beautifully restored guest suites—personally designed by Andrea, an architect and true artist—every detail felt magical. He greeted us so warmly, spent generous time sharing the estate’s history, and even gifted us a bottle of his family’s wine—which was absolutely lovely and made us feel truly welcome. The plunge pool was a refreshing retreat, and the setting was pure tranquility: birdsong, rustling leaves, and golden Tuscan sunsets. Andrea gave us a wonderful tour and shared the story behind his family’s efforts to preserve this incredible place. We adored the gentle Maremma dogs, Fiora and her puppy, Pecorino, who made us feel right at home. We were so impressed with this stay and Andrea’s efforts to preserve this very special place. Every moment here felt like a scene from a film—elegant, peaceful, and filled with soul. We can’t wait to return.

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt in Letizias Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft liegt perfekt gelegen am Rande von San Gimignano mit Blick auf die Stadt und auf die toskanische Landschaft. Wir konnten durch Letizia vergünstigt auf dem Parkplatz nebenan parken, was sehr praktisch war. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, die Küche ist toll ausgestattet. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

My parents stayed at Franco’s for the second time and loved it again. Franco gave great recommendations for the area and events that were taking place at the time. The accommodation was very clean, and the location is simply beautiful. You have everything you need, and it’s a perfect starting point for activities. Would highly recommend it. Bryan en Marina hebben een waar groen paradijs gemaakt rondom deze fraaie oude boerderij. Naast Bryan en Marina zijn in het gebouw 2 appartementen opgenomen, benevens een derde appartement dat door anderen verhuurd wordt. De appartementen van Bryan en Marina zijn zeer smaakvol ingericht met een Engelse touch. Wij hebben daar heel veel van genoten. De mooie grote tuin en het terras wordt met elkaar gedeeld, voor het appartement is nog een klein eigen terras. De locatie ligt erg mooi en handig om de vele bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving te bezoeken. Wij vonden Bryan en Marina zeer hartelijk en we hebben veel leuke gesprekken met ze gevoerd. We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad.

Das Apartment in Gambassi Terme war großartig: sauber, modern und sehr komfortabel. Die ruhige Lage inmitten der schönen toskanischen Landschaft lädt zum Entspannen ein, und Ausflüge in die Umgebung lohnen sich sehr. Besonders empfehlen kann ich die Bar Centrale im Ortszentrum – hier genießt man leckere Snacks und Drinks in entspannter Atmosphäre und erlebt das echte italienische Dorfleben. Daniela und ihr Mann waren ausgesprochen freundlich, immer hilfsbereit und gaben tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! <3

Tutto impeccabile! Proprietaria estremamente gentile e disponibile: ha anticipato il check-in di qualche ora e ci ha permesso di rimanere oltre l’orario di check-out. Ci ha accolti davanti all’appartamento, mostrandoci casa e dandoci ottimi consigli anche per visitare la zona. La casa era pulitissima, in cucina non mancava nulla: da utensili, piatti, olio, sale, caffe..disponeva di ogni cosa! Appartamento spazio, balcone grande e molto accogliente! Consiglierò questa soluzione a tutti quelli che passeranno per Poggibonsi!

Eine super schöne Unterkunft. Der Weg dorthin ist ein bisschen abenteuerlich und nicht für tiefer gelegte Fahrzeuge zu empfehlen, aber sonst gut machbar wenn man langsam fährt. Dafür ist es aber auch total ruhig dort. Das Häuschen ist niedlich eingerichtet. Alles wichtige war vorhanden und Alessandro hat uns sogar mit einer Flasche Wein begrüßt. Das Bett und die Kissen sind ausgesprochen bequem. Etwas störend ist die fiepende Gastherme und die Tatsache, dass die Wassertemperatur in der Dusche ziemlich geschwankt hat. Vielleicht lässt sich das ja noch reparieren. Aber das ist schon jammern auf hohem Niveau. Alles in allem eine tolle Unterkunft mit einem sehr netten und zuvorkommenden Gastgeber.

Francesco was the perfect host very communicative and responsive when needed - the unit was spotless and nice decor - loved being in the little town walking to the 3 lively restaurants, grocery and coffee shop not to mention the fabulous vineyards that surrounded the flat - we did some wonderful walks and did side trips to cute little towns - Would recommend highly

Wonderful Air Bnb inside central San Gimignano. Everything you need is a short walk away. Beautiful surroundings. Very clean Air Bnb. Air conditioning in the bedroom was very appreciated!! The hosts went above and beyond with immediate response time and providing assistance. I highly recommend!!
