Absolutely wonderful place!! Reasonably priced, well located, SPACIOUS, and equipped with everything you need. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It was perfect and I never wanted to leave!! The apartment is up a few flights of stairs (not an issue and common for Florence), but occupies the whole top floor and then some. It’s extremely clean and MUCH bigger than the photos which was fantastic. The bedroom is nice and big and the bed is so comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need (minus an oven but that’s fine). The bathroom is big too and well lit. There are windows dispersed throughout so it’s easy to get fresh air. This is the 8th Airbnb I’ve stayed at in Florence so far and it’s top of the list. Really just a great spot. Giacomo and his wife Valentina are extremely kind and communicate very well. Any time I had an issue (very few— mostly related to me locking myself out by accident) they were quick to reply and extremely helpful. TOP SERVICE, TOP STAY! Book this place!!!

We loved our stay in Mariangelas home and could not have asked for a better host. Upon check-in, Mariangelas team was there waiting to let us in and show us around the place. Place was small but had all essentials needed and was as described in the description. Location was ideal as you are within 20 minutes of all major attractions and sites. Mariangela was very responsive and provided any assistance or recommendations needed in a timely manner. AC was great but not really needed in April. Only small complaint was the hot water runs out after a few minutes and with 2 people you need to wait a bit between each shower. Other than this, place was incredible and we would certainly stay here again! Mariangela is the best host and we could have not asked for a better experience in Florence!

Amanda was very kind and accommodating and responded to our requests. The sights are easily accessible after a 20-minute walk. Public transport is in the immediate vicinity. The place was very clean and the most important cooking utensils were available. If you are a light sleeper, the street could be a bit disruptive and the neighbors under the apartment speak relatively loud almost all night - but of course Amanda is not responsible for these circumstances, which is just a small criticism of the area.

This is our 2nd stay at Cora’s place. We love being in the plaza where we can walk out and eat and browse the shops. The bed is quite comfy, with a beautiful view of the hills and plaza from the bedroom. The kitchen is updated and we shop right around the corner at Coop to prepare a few meals at home. It’s also lovely to sit with a glass of wine in the shared patio. We felt like we had it all to ourselves. We also loved the monthly market AND a flower sale in the plaza this visit. Greve is low key but lively and we love it! And Carlotta is lovely and helpful if you need anything.

The stay with Alessandro was really great. He was super helpful in changing the check-in time to meet my needs. He was able to show me a free and quiet parking lot near the house where you can leave your car in peace. He was very friendly and helpful for the duration of my stay. The house is located in a very strategic point, literally having the outbound stop outside the gate and also back for the bus that takes you directly to the city center. I highly recommend staying with Alessandro, whom I thank again for his kindness and availability.

we only stayed for one night for a concert at Nelson Mandela forum. Great location you can walk there in a few minutes and there is everything nearby..pizzerias, restaurants, super markets, bars, etc. the apartment is very clean and well maintained, nothing is missing. Vanna was very nice in letting us find it already heated, which is not obvious with other hosts. i also recommend it for longer stays as the apartment is equipped with every comfort. plus the center of Florence is not far, by car or by means of transport. if that happens, we'll definitely come back!

Our farmhouse for the week was everything we needed! Complete peace away from everything in beautiful countryside. An easy 8 min drive into town where we rented bikes ( great rides in area) and ate at local restaurants. Our hosts were incredibly friendly and warm and even welcomed us with a delicious homemade pie! Although we were there in the Fall, the pool and outdoor area was very inviting! Highly recommend for a place away from the big city of Florence ( only 45 min away!)

Wonderful apt near the Duomo. It was perfect for us as it had an elevator and we are in our 70's. We love the area, and even enjoyed the bells ringing. Lots of places to eat nearby, and a supermarket and mini market very close. Great host, thank you!

Great place - had everything we needed and very spacious with 4 bathrooms (and very modern)! Daniele was incredibly responsive and helpful. Place was located near multiple grocery stores and a bakery (across the street) and bus stop. Very close to the river and some parks.

Perfect apartment in the middle of Siena, a stones throw away from everything you would like to see as a tourist. Great, helpful and communicative host who went out of her way to make sure we had a great stay and took the time to give personal tips. ❤️ A few things in the apartment description did not quite match – the apartment is not on the ground floor but on the first floor (it matters to us traveling with a stroller and had to fold up and carry it up the stairs), and the free parking refers to the free parking spaces that can be found around town. Those are small things in the context - overall we were super happy with both accommodation and host!

Great, clean apartment with a small inner courtyard to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. Convenient to access – keys are left in the box. In about half an hour from the old town of Florence, the apartment can be reached by foot.

Nice scenary, quiet romantic Town, Nice small cafe beside the river. But what impress Me marco property I felt like Home right away. Secured electeric gate leaving Me no worries. Incredible accommodation that exceeded expectations, Francesco is a wonderful host who was very helpful and had local recommendations on everything. From best bakery to the winery not to be missed. Highly recommend and will probably come back!

Tuscan retreat = THIS. Set in a lovely, quiet area with gorgeous views of the landscape. Easy to get to Arezzo and only 1 hour from Florence. So many amazing local restaurants and Vineyards. The property itself has a traditional vibe to it. The kitchen is not well equipped, so just bare that in mind! minimal pots, pans etc. But otherwise looks exactly like the photos.

We had a lovely stay here - there were 8 of us in total across 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is a beautiful old villa with a big garden and a cute pool and barbecue area. It is possible to walk into the city of Florence (30 - 40 minute stroll) but we found a car was necessary to ensure that we could get around and eg buy groceries. There is a cash deposit required for check in, so it’s useful to withdraw that before you arrive. Our host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a lovely time!

My fiance and I loved our stay here. beautiful views and prestige grounds. there were also a few friendly cats which made my fiancé's day. You need a car when staying here. you can find good restaurants and a grocery store a few minutes away in San casciano. It's centrally located in tuscany. 30 minutes to florence, 45 mins to siena. With lots of historic towns and wineries close by. The apartment was well accommodated, clean, and we'll equipped for cooking. We did pick up a few extra necessities from the grocery store and found the shower a little small, but otherwise found the stay comfortable and relaxing. Would totally recommend to friends and come back.

Francesco was very welcoming and in addition, the site is beautiful and very well maintained. The pool with the mountain views is really superb! A nice place to relax in peace. The road to get there is a bit long and very winding, but this is often the case in Tuscany...

Chiara and Giovanni’s place is absolutely stunning. The accommodation is rustic and comfy; however the real gem are the grounds. Their land is beautiful and the pool is really special. They were kind and helpful hosts, we would definitely recommend this property to anyone staying in the area. Thank you both
