Cozy villa in Tuscany countryside

Cozy and comfortable stone and brick villa located in the middle of olive trees and vineyards. Maximum quiet and relaxation with the perfect location: only a few miles from Lucca, Pisa and Florence, the beach and other major attractions. Two bedrooms with king or twin beds. Extra bed for child. Sleeps four+1. Spacious living room with TV and DVD player. Large eat in kitchen with brand new appliances, dishwasher. Outdoor furniture to BBQ outside or lay in the sun. Parking for up to three cars. In unit washer. Tons of sunlight. Recently renovated old typical Tuscan villa. The train station is only 10 minute drive and allows you to get to anywhere you want to visit on a convenient day trip so you don't have to deal with traffic. My husband and I are from Milan but spend most of the summer the villa next door and when we are there we are always up for showing you around, share produce from the garden, and come up with suggestions of fun things to do. Available only for weekly rentals or long weekends. Before we have rented the house for a few years through an agency, so I posted the reviews from the house book as images, hoping they can be helpful (last names and addresses have been omitted for privacy reasons).

The house is located in the Lucchese countryside, in the Carignano area, in the middle of the Tuscan countryside, but at the same time close to the city center and all services. The old farmhouse has been divided into eight individual apartments, each with its own exclusive garden, as well as a large common park with a swimming pool shared with the guests of the other apartments. Being in the countryside, the access road is very characteristic but narrow and unpaved (suitable for any type of vehicle).

We are 200 meters from the medieval walls and the historic center can be reached in a few minutes on foot. We are located in a very quiet residential area, but very close to shops and a pharmacy. The house is fully air conditioned with split in both bedrooms and in the kitchen. The farmhouse is an oasis of tranquility among woods and olive trees. Located on a hill in an area full of peace and away from city stress. Inside the farm, there is the old renovated farmhouse (obtaining 3 units) respecting the rustic Tuscan style: terracotta floors and wooden beam ceilings. The GIRASOLE apartment consists of a kitchen, a living room with a sofa and TV, a double bedroom, a small bedroom, and a bathroom. Swimming pool and other recreational areas within the farm.
