Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Colico

Thank Serenella for hosting us. The apartment was pristine, view was beautiful, basket was full of complimentary items. Anyone that needs some time to collect themselves and be away from civilizition and think things through, this is the spot! Thanks again .

The location of the accommodation is truly heavenly and completely private! We felt very comfortable there and it was very clean. The bedroom is in the basement and therefore always nice and cool. Silvano is very nice and always very easy to reach. We would come again and again! Thank you

Clean and tidy apartment, quiet and convenient area to get to Lecco and Bellagio, the host was available for some questions we asked, there were 2 of us but 4 people can stay comfortably.

We booked Ugo's home for one reason.... the view. It did not disappoint. We drank our morning coffees and ate our meals on the balcony. We actually went to a restaurant with an amazing view, but after we left, we stated we should have just cooked and ate outside the house since it is so private. Ugo provided coffee, which was highly appreciated! We bought the wrong coffee at store. The fruit platter was amazing and ate at every meal. Oh, I made orange juice and was delicious! We were given directions to free parking in bellagio. Plus, we got a flat tire and Ugo helped direct is where to repair it. Overall, go for the view amd don't leave the house! Unless you want to walk to town to get coffee, fresh meats, and gelato but go directly back!

The accommodation was really beautiful and partly really cutely furnished. Communication with the host worked out great. However, you should be aware that the path to the accommodation deviates greatly from a normal road. You drive for about 20 minutes on very challenging roads. Those who love nature will be rewarded with absolute peace and a fantastic environment.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the unbeatable location of this home. Being directly on the lake, the views are nothing short of magical. Waking up in the morning and looking out over the water from the bedroom felt like something out of a dream — peaceful, serene, and impossibly beautiful. The lake was quite literally at our doorstep. The home itself was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and full of charm. Every little detail was taken care of, and we felt instantly at ease. A special shoutout to our host, who went above and beyond when we realized last minute that we had forgotten to include our mother-in-law as a guest. It was entirely our oversight, and yet the host was kind, understanding, and incredibly accommodating. That kind of graciousness makes all the difference when you’re traveling. We can’t say enough good things about this place — the comfort, the views, the hospitality. If you’re lucky enough to find availability here, book it. Can’t wait to return

Luisella and her husband were very friendly and helpful getting us settled. They took the time to share recommendations for restaurants and hikes. They also had a map handy and wrote out the places they were recommending. The house was fabulous and in a great location - loved being able to listen to the nearby waterfall when we had our windows open. Also appreciated ability to walk to downtown Varenna. It was only a 20 minute walk and preferred to have a house in a quieter place. Our stay was perfect in every way!

Villa Fede is absolutely the perfect stay to explore Lake Como. Michela is very helpful, thoughtful and an incredible host. Would definitely recommend to stay here!

I chose Lara's place for a return with friends, I fell in love with the property already from the photos, but live it's even better! It was a dream weekend, the house offers everything, we had such a good time that we didn't feel the need to move from home. In addition, we were lucky, in the middle of January, to have all sunny days, which made the view of the lake and the mountains spectacular! I would go back today, I only have great memories.

The host Andrea was really very nice and always helpful. He was quick to respond to messages. I can really only recommend it. Varenna is very easy to reach by bus/shuttle bus. It was as described in the photos :)

Had a super good experience! Brand new apartment with fantastic views, delicious breakfast, good instructions and delicious bath with beautiful views. Super customer experience and the host goes that extra mile to make you feel at home and pamper you. If we had to mention a downside, it was the quality of the food ordered, this was a little less in quality. Keep it up!

Our stay in Alessandras apartment was amazing. The place is exactly as seen in photos and you are less than 60 seconds from the lake. The views nearby are amazing! Alessandra was very responsive, offering recommendations and doing all she could to be of assistance. I would highly recommend staying here.

beautiful location. i prefer varnessa to belagio. flat is just the right size for a couple. if there's anything I want to mention is that it's in a much higher location than I expected. one would definitely need a car for more frequent visit to the town below. the host is so friendly and always available and responsive.

We were in Colico for a week. The accommodation is beautiful and functional. Everything you need is there. The pool is refreshing and rarely full. Since the accommodation is a little higher, you always have to go uphill (walk or drive). Small tip: There is a normal coffee machine and a capsule machine for Dolce Gusto (to be noted if you want to take coffee capsules with you)

Great stay in the accommodation offered by Alessandra. The house is very comfortable and its large garden is superb. Games are available for children (trampoline, slides, badminton rackets, swings) and also its beautiful swimming pool. We loved and highly recommend this rental. Everything is done to have a good time relaxing in a very beautiful decor with a superb view.

Our stay at Bruno and Chiara's was a break in a green setting. The house is beautiful, green, flowery, stones, woods, finds, personality, warm, atypical, cosi, comfort, neat decor, shaded... Close to multiple beaches of Colico, and Lake Como, towns and villas, botanical gardens = beautiful!!!! And what about the hospitality: Chiara: adorable, ultra responsive listening and taking care to make sure everything goes smoothly: booking, follow-up, check in, during the stay, check out. Bruno: ultra welcoming host, who give lots of restaurant tips and activities, he is available whenever we need him. He knows how to pamper his guests. Thank you Bruno for your kindness!!!! Staying there was amazing, you have so much nature surrounding you, getting there is a little tricky but with the right car is all worth it! Andrea was really friendly and the place was clean and just like the pictures! Would definitely go again!

Julien's house, nestled in the mountains, is an atypical, cosy and very peaceful place. When you get there, you'll have a breathtaking view of Lake Como. Many hikes are accessible from the house. You will also find in Colico many restaurants, beaches for swimming and plenty of shopping. Julien is a great host, welcoming, caring and full of tips for a successful stay. We are very happy with our stay.

Nunzia is a wonderful hostess and the accommodation , a small house you have to yourself, is beautiful, very clean and super equipped. There is also a large beautiful garden with dining area and a balcony with great lake view. It looks great in the pictures but we were positively surprised upon arrival, as the place is even more beautiful in real life. The place is very idyllic and the location is great. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back at any time for long stays.

Silvia and her family were extremely accommodating. Always there to answer any questions and provide suggestions on what do to in the area. The housing was exactly as on the pictures and the view was absolutely amazing - we really enjoyed our stay!

We are a young couple; we spent a very pleasant week in Colico, the house is wonderful with a breathtaking view; its location is very convenient as it is close to many beaches. The environment is very quiet and peaceful, perfect for those who want to escape from the city and enjoy nature. In itself, the house is really comfortable, clean and welcoming, in its small way we had a great time. Daniel was a very helpful host, he knows how to welcome guests, and put them at ease, he also gives very useful and interesting advice both for those who love to walk in the middle of nature, and for those who want to enjoy the local cuisine. We will definitely think about coming back❤️

We had a great time with our dog at Lake Como and felt very comfortable in the apartment. Daniele, the host's son, was very friendly and gave good tips about the area. The garden with lake view and evening sun was beautiful. There are restaurants, a minimarket and a beautiful swimming bay nearby. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen well equipped. Only the couch did not quite match the photos. Overall, a perfect starting point to explore the lake - and the fresh cherries from the garden were a highlight!
