This space combines elegance and simplicity. It has open spaces with natural light that integrate the living room, dining room, kitchen, and bathroom on the first floor and the master bedroom on the second floor. It has a well-equipped integrated kitchen, a terrace overlooking the lake on the front line, as well as a small pool to cool off. Enjoy wonderful starry nights and nature in a quiet and private area. It has children's games, bungee, zip line for minors, picnic table and dock.

On the shores of Lake Colbún and only 4 hours from Santiago, our house is a dream place to relax and enjoy with the family, whether in summer or winter. With 5 bedrooms, 2 of which have a double bed, plus 3 bathrooms, the house can accommodate 2 families with a maximum of 10 people. The house has a barbecue with a large grill, a wood stove inside, a stove on the terrace, a ping-pong table, a double kayak and a taca-taca.
