Pra di Brëc is our dream that became true. We have restructured our grandparents’ home and we would like to offer you an experience characterized by simplicity and hospitality, to understand and appreciate the value of the family we grew up with. We have combined tradition and design, maintaining the original structure of the house and re-using the materials available in the old house . We have combined these antique materials (and objects) with a modern thought of aesthetics and comfort.

Cozy, comfortable and warm independent suite

Comprising a double bedroom, large living area and private bathroom, the guest suite is ideal for a short and comfortable stay in the area. With a balcony and independent entrance from the outside, it is located in a quiet area on the edge of the village overlooking the countryside but in a central and accessible position with respect to the points of interest of the valley. Perfect in all seasons for a few days of relaxation or for those who are simply passing through. There is no kitchen.

La Mason dl'Arc - Cabin in Gran Paradiso

"La Casa dell 'Arco" takes its name from the entrance arch, a typical element of the architecture of Frassinetto, which characterizes this historic house. Its oldest nucleus presumably dates back to the 13th – 14th century. The unit is made up of three rooms with attention to detail to rediscover the warm atmosphere of the alpine houses. The living room with a sofa/bed and fireplace precedes the kitchen and to complete a beautiful room with shower and a comfortable and equipped bathroom.

Small refuge in the Alps, Gran Paradiso

Our small mountain cabin is located in the Aosta Valley, in the Alps, in the heart of the Gran Paradiso National Park, the first protected natural area in Italy. In a perfectly renovated 19th-century house, you can find all the comforts for a true mountain experience. The house is in a very pretty hamlet of 14 houses, at 1560 m above sea level, next to the woods and directly on a path for walks and snowshoeing. The cross-country skiing trail is 50 meters from the house

Matilde Villeneuve House

ACCOMMODATION FOR TOURIST USE-VDA-VILLENEUVE-007 The apartment is in the village of Villeneuve. It is located on the ground floor, with a large balcony overlooking the front lawn and the vegetable garden. We have a dog and a cat. Villeneuve is a town of 1,300 inhabitants, 10 km from Aosta. Located in the central valley, it allows you to quickly reach the valleys of the Gran Paradiso National Park, the city of Aosta, the towns of the Alta Valle, France and Switzerland.

The Mountain Pine

Premium attic ideal for adventurous singles and/or couples in love, a stone's throw from the center of the village. Open space bi-zone consisting of a large and well-equipped kitchen with induction cooktop, combined microwave/grill oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer to invite up to 6 people to lunch. Our home, nestled among the trees, rests in peaceful seclusion a couple of kilometers from the nearest village. We are Riccardo, Cristina, Lorenzo, Bianca and Alice. We chose to come here, into the woods, to begin living a simple yet fulfilling life, learning from nature. We offer you an attic loft carefully renovated by Riccardo, with a double bed and a sofa bed (both beneath skylights), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a wide view over the valley.

Studio simple mais agréable et lumineux, parfait pour une personne qui désire passer des vacances tranquilles. Le logement est situé au premier (et dernier) étage d'une maison typique de montagne, il dispose d'une entrée indépendante et est pourvu d'un grand balcon. Situé sur les hauteurs du vieux village, au calme, il se trouve à quelques pas du centre (5min. par le raccourci piéton), du départ des sentiers et des pistes (ski de fond et alpin).

Overlooking the pedestrianized street, it is the perfect starting point to stroll around the city among vestiges of ancient Rome, plus craft shops and numerous bars. Strategically located for those who want to visit our valley's famous natural attractions. 100 meters from the Regional Hospital and a 10-minute walk from both the train station and the bus station.

Treat yourself to a relaxing weekend. Our attic, overlooking the valley, has been recently renovated and is located in a quiet area on the edge of the woods in the Gran Paradiso National Park. Ideal for summer and winter vacations, including hiking, canyoning, mountain biking, climbing, and trekking. A small spa has been recently built for the exclusive use of our guests with a separate fee for those who want to use it.

Inside, the walls entirely covered with wood, the lovely inlaid furniture and the tiled stove will give you a warm and familiar atmosphere, typical of mountain lodges. Outside, you can relax in the private garden (equipped with a table, benches and deck chairs) and enjoy the sun from early morning until late afternoon!
