Functional one bedroom apartment for 6 people and 1 baby. It is located on the ground floor of a building at the foot of the slopes in the Col de Rousset family resort. In winter: 29 downhill ski slopes, snow park, rail sledding, cross-country skiing, Nordic skiing, sled dog, snowshoeing. In summer: sledding on rail, downhill scooter and bike, climbing, via ferrata, swimming pool 15 min to the Chapel in Vercors, river to Die (20km), hiking, museums. Ski hire, restaurant and daycare (9 months to 6 years).

A stone's throw from the city center of Die (500 m by the pedestrian footbridge), by the river, you are in the countryside and in the city! On the garden floor of our house, our entrances are close: you are quiet, but we are there if needed. Here you will find books and movies made here and elsewhere, and art on the walls: we are also editors... Eco-friendly cottage (auto-treating, organic garden, chickens, recovery...)

Ce logement situé au 2 éme étage comprend: entrée, cuisine entièrement équipée (senseo, grille pain, bouilloire, micro-ondes et toute la vaisselle nécessaire), un coin nuit avec lit queen size (160/200) doté d’un matelas de haute qualité, de nombreux rangements/penderie et une télévision, ainsi qu’une salle d’eau avec WC.

It took us 1 year of work to restore all the charm to this (very) old stone building where we took up residence, and where we reserved an independent space to create, with love, the Gîte des Nines! Many outdoor activities are possible (downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, hiking, snowshoeing, 4-season tobogganing, via ferrata, etc.). NOTE: plan to do some shopping before coming as there are no food shops in the resort.
