At the Cozy Corner Manigod

"Au Coin Cosy" is perfectly situated on the slopes, with incredible views from the terrace over the ski area and over the area Manigod/La Clusaz. From here you can access the massif La Clusaz ski area. The apartment has living/dining/kitchen area, bathroom with bath and overhead shower,and a separate WC. It has all the comforts for a pleasant holiday both for your winter and for your summer holidays. Several beautiful walks and excursions start about 10min by car further on.

The "La Bergerie de mon Père" cottage is the former family sheepfold renovated by us in 2020. Beautiful panoramic view of the mountains for this 100 m² independent cottage with terrace, 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms. Great amenities, atmosphere mixing wood and modernity. Village center and shuttle stop 600 m away. 2 private parking spaces, petanque court. Numerous summer/winter hikes from the chalet. L'appartement se situe au col de Merdassier en Haute Savoie dans une jolie station familiale à 1600 m d'altitude, à 10 min de la Clusaz et 30 min du lac d'Annecy . Idéal pour les amateurs de ski , de randonnées et de nature été comme hiver !!! Attention pas de chambre séparée !

Our comfortable chalet (rated 5* Furnished Tourist Accommodation) is located at 1400 meters above sea level, ensuring optimal snow conditions in winter. From the large terrace, breathtaking views of the Aravis range and unparalleled light throughout the year. In winter, you are 1 km from the slopes accessible by a free ski shuttle just below the chalet. Spacious outdoor parking accommodates three cars with mandatory snow tires.
