As you walk through CA, you will come across some portraits of Aurora's family and some objects in "tin" that whisper the story of João's old dairy farm that once inhabited the basement. Just like a good family home, CA welcomes many people in its 4 bedrooms with double beds, in the living room with sofa bed, in the equipped kitchen, in the 2 bathrooms and also in the fantastic barbecue and wood-burning oven in the garden! The house Sol Nascente (Rising Sun) owes its name to the good sun exposure in the morning, flooding the house with light. In the exceptional time of Covid 19, an independent house is an asset for your health and safety, in addition to the fact that we have intensified all cleaning and disinfection procedures. The house is located in the historic centre of the city, between Penedo da Saudade and the Botanical Garden, a 15 min walk to the University. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood.

Quinta da Manga is 7 minutes from downtown Coimbra. It is a large house made entirely of wood, surrounded by green space and with a 3.5x10m swimming pool. Very comfortable, with central heating, air conditioning and all amenities. The house can accommodate 9 people plus children! My place is good for couples and families (with kids, just be careful with the pool). Lots of outdoor space, with terrace, outdoor sofas, Brazilian hammocks to rest, lawn to play and relax, and swimming pool.

The house has 7 bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom and air conditioning, a large living room with fireplace, TV, PS5 and bar.

The house, from the 1920s, has recently been remodeled and is ideal for families or groups. It has excellent sun exposure, large windows and a balcony overlooking the Quebra Costas.
