It is a 3-story house, with the first floor, living room, kitchen and bathroom, the 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom and the 3rd floor in the Aguas Furtadas has 1 bedroom with 3 beds, one double and 2 single beds, ideal for families with children. Located in the heart of the city of Coimbra, next to the UNESCO World Heritage "University of Coimbra - Alta and Sofia" the AH33 - Studios are an excellent starting point to enjoy the best that Coimbra has to offer. Each bright studio has a living room and a bedroom with private bathroom with hardwood floors, kitchen / kitchenette with induction hob, microwave, fridge, kitchen utensils and dinnerware. The AH33 - Studios offers cable TV, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all studios.

Independent house with shared patio located on Rua de Sobre Ribas, in the middle of the UNESCO route between the university and downtown. With origins in medieval times, the house was renovated in 2000 to be our home and we lived in it for almost 20 years. In 2023, it had minor adaptations. The house is not advisable for people with reduced mobility or small children (being at the discretion and responsibility of the parents). It has access to the shared outdoor patio.

Casa da Nonô is a beautiful and comfortable house that offers a suite, a double room, a two bed bedroom, a common bathroom, fully equipped kitchen (samll with a 4 seater table), Washing machine, living room (very small) and outdoor space with barbecue. We also have to offer super fast Wi-Fi, as well as cable connection in all rooms, living room and balcony. We also have flat-screen cable TV in all rooms with more than 100 channels. The house has central heating system.

Our house is ideal to spend a weekend or holiday with family or friends up to 19 people. We can host birthday parties, wedding anniversaries, hen parties or family meetings. The courtyard has the possibility of parking, gas grill, a cosy pergola with sauna, jacuzzi and a swimming pool in the garden and sun loungers. The house has 7 bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom and air conditioning, a large living room with fireplace, TV, PS5 and bar.

On the corner of Rua de Sobre Ribas and Escadas do Quebra Costas is the "cinco em 5" house located in the middle of the UNESCO route between the University and downtown Coimbra. The house, from the 1920s, has recently been remodeled and is ideal for families or groups. It has excellent sun exposure, large windows and a balcony overlooking the Quebra Costas.

Casa de Campo da Quinta das Canaveias has two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom.
