Nestled in between Rochester & Corning is the Nest. A quaint escape from everyday hustle & bustle. The Nest is centrally located within the crossroads of the Finger Lakes & the Southern Tier in Wayland NY (Exit 3). Surrounded by Rolling hills & agricultural fields. NOTE-Next to FOrX Summer Stage. Concerts take place Saturdays (ONLY)June-Oct. Be advised on concert nights the units deck overlooks the action & can be loud. Not suitable for children 3 & under. Unit has stairs & is close to the road.

The Getaway Hideaway House is tucked near the scenic Honeoye and Canandaigua Lake Wine & Brewery Trail—perfect for wine lovers, adventurers, and those seeking a peaceful escape. Enjoy stunning valley and hillside views from the living room or while relaxing in the year-round covered hot tub on the patio. Just a short drive (under 10 minutes) to Naples for great dining and entertainment. Note: Due to the hillside location, AWD or 4WD is recommended during inclement weather for safe access.

Canandaigua lake - Heron Cove Sanctuary

The only house in 500' of lakefront. Quiet & beautiful & private. [See pics & feedback] A panoply of personal watercraft.  10 min to village of Naples.      House is upgraded mid-century cottage over a bridge at the end of the road – secluded, at the bottom of a cliff.   Outdoor hot tub, living room fireplace.   Big beautiful lake - right there - you'll feel it in your heart. The wifi is decent, but we recommend that you don't use, because it's best to sit lakeside and watch the stars!

Suite Dreams

The entrance to the apartment has mats for shoes or boots and hooks for coats and backpacks. The bedroom has a queen size bed and full bath with a tub and shower attached. There has been a smart tv added to the bedroom wall since the pictures were taken. On the garment rack there are extra pillows, linens and a fleece blanket for your convenience. The living room has a half bath, “Murphy “bed and furniture to relax or watch tv. The kitchen is small and equipped to prepare simple meals.

If you are going to just hang out, do it at this beautiful setting on Keuka Lake. Child-Friendly. Wonderful swimming area! Scenic drives around the vineyards. Spacious, comfortable home along a very quiet road. Cozy All-Season getaway! Enjoy your own private beach and dock. Swim/float/kayak in pristine waters. Walk along the lake. Stargaze. Campfires on the shore. Wintertime retreat. Brand new leather sofa, chair and ottoman. Nice, warm fireplace. Snuggle inside and let it snow!

Waneta Lakeside Cottage

Right on the water with lots of space and fresh air this new and charming cottage is situated in the heart of the Finger Lakes on the east side of Waneta Lake. Ideal for 1 to 2 couples, a girls weekend getaway or families up to 4. There are 2 bedrooms, an open fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area and bathroom with walk-in shower. Dine and relax on the over-sized covered deck overlooking the lake. A stairway from the deck provides access to a private beach with 4 kayaks.

As the name suggests, Shalestone Landing sits nestled in at the bottom of our home vineyard, atop layers and layers of hidden shale.....perfect for growing grapes! This quaint and comfortable tiny house is located on the west side of Keuka Lake offering lakeside views of gorgeous Keuka Lake. Shalestone Landing is perfect for a couple or small family (up to 4) looking to get away!

Acorns Away

Wine country secluded escape. 2 bedroom, 1 bath full spacious (1100 sq ft.) clean & sanitized 2nd floor home on 10 acres bordered with wooded hedgerows. Deck with eating area overlooking fire pit & woods. 55" Roku TV that has some of your favorite channels & music. So much located within 1/2 hour. See below. Great area to bring your bike, hiking gear or boat.

Comfortable country cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. 45 minutes to three finger lakes, 60 minutes to Rochester, 40 to Corning. Little house with all the basics. Full kitchen, laundry, three full beds, sun room, shower bathroom. Great for a night away or monthly rentals. Dogs are in the yard at times, although the cottage is pet free.
