We had a wonderful week at this apartment. It was extremely clean, homely and modern. Location near to a bus stop and supermarket was ideal. Not too far from the slopes in either direction. We would definitely recommend this place to others. Thank you Sophie for being a great host!

The location was good, the surrounding environment was good, the accommodation was clean and great, and especially the terrace and scenery were so nice.

Great accommodation in the heart of Aix les Bains, just opposite the casino with a magnificent view of the mountains. I would 100% recommend this place. The only downside is the garage (which still deserves to be there) very complicated maneuvers to get in and out, old-fashioned box with a wall just in front, strongly not recommended for SUV-type vehicles, for info I parked a Touran after a few unsuccessful attempts.

The directions were very clear and Jérôme was very responsive to each of my questions. The accommodation is very nice and the terrace very spacious. The railway line passes right next to it but it has no impact because very few or no trains pass. We had a very good stay in a healthy apartment

beautiful apartment and a lovely view of the mountains from the house !! my son especially loved the bunk bed area and had a great time being in his space there ! very walkable to nearest bus stops and was extremely easy for us to get to chamonix center as well. Hervé and Laetetia were very responsive and helpful. our family had a lovely time and were very comfortable 😀

We loved our stay in Aline and Laurent's apartment. We are a family of four with two children under the age of 10. The apartment is located right in the centre of 1950 so walking distance to all the amenities including the lift that takes you to 2000 (where most of the ski schools are located). Everything worked really well for us, including the car park in the basement, the ski hire shop below the apartment, ski in and ski out to the locker room. Walking distance to pick up our ski passes and as mentioned dropping our kids at ski school. It was all very easy! The apartment is well furnished and has everything that you need for the week. The children loved their bunk beds too :) Aline and Laurent gave us some great tips including discounts for the ski rental, which was really appreciated. They were very responsive throughout. A great find and we hope to be back next year!

Katelyne is very considerate and well organized. The arrival was very good, accommodation easy to find warm welcome and small tips for the stay (hikes, restaurants, activities...). The apartment is really impeccable and well equipped, there is nothing missing, the bedding is comfortable, very well equipped kitchens and nice bathroom. I especially appreciated: - its responsiveness and availability - the quiet and well-located setting in relation to activities The small detail that makes the difference: the small soap produced in the small village next door available in the bathroom

Juliette is a very friendly and responsive host. The accommodation is beautifully decorated and well-equipped for two people. The terrace is a real plus to enjoy the sun. The slopes are a little far on foot with all the ski equipment but the free shuttle system is impeccable The ski area is quite good. I recommend this place without hesitation.

We had a great stay as a family, functional accommodation, very clean and well equipped with a baby. We felt at home. Everything was perfect.

A very well-designed apartment. Very functional. Close to the beach of Menthon Saint Bernard... short walk in the evening with the lake and its changing lights.

We had a wonderful 8 vacation days in this home with my husband and our dog, and the experience was really great. The stay was very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed to feel at home. The location is perfect, as it is in a well-connected place and close to places of interest, which made our hikes and walks much easier. Also, the views from the place are simply gorgeous, which made every sunrise and sunset even more special. I would definitely recommend this place to those looking for a comfortable, well located place with breathtaking views to enjoy an unforgettable vacation.

Beautiful accommodation 10 minutes from the beaches, quiet place and easy to park, consistent with the photo. I would highly recommend this place Just be careful! When you copy the address on waze, it takes you to 31 Georges and not to 31 Georges 1 er. But we spent 3 incredible days in Aix les Bains 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Very responsive host (Small problem dealt with almost instantly!) with good communication. Clear instructions to get in. Central location that was also quiet . Easy to walk to local restaurants ( good recommendations from host) even with my crutch ( notes there is 2 flights of steps to flat) Immaculately clean & well presented studio flat. We didn’t do any cooking but simple hot plate & microwave, fridge & Nespresso coffee machine. Hot shower.

It is a very functional apartment, nicely arranged, convenient, clean and nice. Chantal takes great care of her "vacationers". Of course, we want to come back, and Albertville is well located for visiting this beautiful region! Anyway, and to summarize, everything was PERFECT!

spacious and very bright apartment. We were able to have breakfast on the terrace and enjoy the very good exposure. For a stay at the end of May, the residence was very quiet, really peaceful place, really great landscaping! We were also able to enjoy the pool and spa after our beautiful hikes.

Amazing view for this peaceful, clean and very well decorated accommodation, about 20 minutes walk from downtown (very pleasant walking tour). The Spa is a real plus, great services. Excellent stay, to be repeated:-))

Everything is very good... Except for me, the contact. You attach importance to it where you do not, but I have not had any contact with Christele except by SMS. This is not my vision of Airbnb, but a perfectly liberal vision... Just the feeling of being a cash drawer, two text messages to remind me to leave at 10 am for the next tenant and that's it. I gave 5 stars because I don't want to harm Christele…. But maybe Christele is called Georges…. Basically, I don't know... I'm probably old-fashioned... I send a final text message to inform them of my departure... And nothing, no return, not even a good road... quickly to the next!! In short, for the rest of the services... nothing to complain about, the value for money is very good, this rental was efficient, profitable, productive. Thank you Georges…

A cosy appartment with a phenomenal view, very well located in Arcs 1600 with direct access to ski slopes. Nice terrass too. Good parking place as well where the car is parked safe and shielded. Excellent communication and clear instructions on how to get there.

Very pleasant welcome from the parents. Functional studio, very well arranged and pleasant to stay in to find rest. We will keep it in mind for a future visit to Aix les Bains.
