Welcome to Modena, we are happy to welcome you to our apartment, located in the historic center, surrounded by artistic masterpieces and magnificent gastronomic places typical of the city. Modena is one of the jewel cities of Emilia-Romagna, a UNESCO World Heritage Site for the monumental ensemble of the Great Square, the Ghirlandina Tower and the Cathedral, which can be seen from the large windows of our magnificent apartment.

A stone's throw from the center

The accommodation, located in a prestigious condominium, is in a residential area of Modena, just a 5-minute walk from the historic center. The apartment, completely renovated, is a mini of about 40 meters, the furniture is new and from the terrace you can see the Ghirlandina. Guests will be personally welcomed by myself or a member of my family who will provide everything necessary to make our guests feel comfortable.

Farm Apartment

Mutina Animalia ENPA is an oasis of the National Animal Protection Association, a NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION that deals in particular with farm mammals. Immersed in the Modena countryside, between the bike path on the Secchia embankment and the historical center, less than 3 km away. The area is completely fenced and has an entrance independent of the facility and the animal area. Four-legged guests will be very welcome!
